Here's what I love about it:The LiDAR navigation system is a fantastic feature. it maps out the layout of my home with advanced dimensional laser navigation, allowing for precise cleaning routes and efficient coverage while adapting to change in the environment. the smart mapping feature lets me customize cleaning zones, specifying which parts of the home need vacuuming and which need mopping, as well as setting no-go area through an app. This ensures the robot only cleans where I want it to. Integration with smart home system is seamless. I love being able to schedule cleanings and control the robot through voice commands or the app on my smartphone. the app provides real-time updates on cleaning progress and battery life. when the battery is running low, it automatically returns to the dock to recharge, which is incredibly convenient. Another important feature is the impressive vacuum power. with 9000 Pa, it effectively picks up dust and debris from both carpets and floors, even cleaning dirt between cracks. I especially like that the robot adjusts suctions power when switching from hardwood floors to carpets, increasing power as needed for different surfaces. the mopping function adds an extra layer of cleanliness, with well-controlled water distribution that leaves no streaks or puddles behind. Finally, the noise level is excellent. the engineers clearly considered noise reduction in the design. it is one of the quieter models I've encountered, operating without causing much disturbance, which makes it perfect for use even when I am working from home. while this robot comes with a high price tag, the advanced features and superior cleaning performance justify the investment. it has significantly reduced the time and effort I spend on keeping my home clean. it is well worth every dollar I spent. will defineitly come back for another unit for my 2nd floor rooms.

Title: Doesn't work with Alexa or Google. They don't answer email support. No way to order consumables.
Review: The pros are it does an OK job of vacuuming and mopping. The cons are; it doesn't work with Alexa or Google. It just says Docked all the time. The documentation does not have any consumable part ordering info like for ordering new filter or brush. They only provide an email for support, which they do not respond. So if you have a problem, you are stuck. Also doesn't like to go under beds. It uses either Smart Life or Tuya for operational software, which works kind of OK, but is not very user friendly. I'm a techie, so it's not a user problem.
