Review: I want to love this so bad. We have. A small house so I thought it would be great. Unfortunately I’m returning it.Pros: super easy to set up and get rolling. App was easy to download and use.It’s super slim and fits under furniture and around chair legs which is great! The auction is actually pretty impressive. I didn’t thing it would get much in a 10 minute test run and omg the dog hair. Impressed.It is pretty quiet.Cons: gets stuck on everything. Gets stuck under the fridge, under the couch, and it can’t even fit. It’s like the sensor doesn’t go off in time so it just keeps trying to push its way under until it can’t anymore.I wish you could see a map of where it’s cleaned but that isnt an option. So it just feels like it’s just randomly bumping around your house not really cleaning anything in particular. Just randomly going.The schedule feature only permits random cleaning too. So that’s not idealIt has never once been able to return to the docking station. I’ve always had to rescue it.I didn’t try the mop feature after it was just bumping around my house. So no thoughts on that.All in all I think if you just had a big open room or open concept house with no kids stuff around this would be great. I will definitely be looking for another robot bc I love the idea. And it really is great to be able to just schedule a clean and it really does pick up dirt and hair. Big bummer. But glad I tried it.

Title: Maybe mine is defective?
Review: I have had multiple robot vacuums over the years and none has worked as inconsistently as this one. Even at full charge, it typically runs for about 30 minutes before it starts to dock itself. Rarely finds the dock. It spins in place even on hardwood with nothing in its way, and I have to chase it around to redirect it. I'm starting to think maybe mine is defective and I should return it?

Review: I like that it does a good job of vacuuming and mopping. I am a handicapped senior &using a regular vacuum is impossible. I throughly enjoy watching the robot.What I dislike is that it frequently gets caughtunder furniture.
