Title: No refund, BEWARE!
Review: One thing I hated about this is that is there no volume control which I don't understand why and when I called the company they told me to talk to Roku. The customer service is horrible when I returned the product they kept every penny of it plus a penny of the taxes because they said that I did not include everything which I did so now I'm out the item and every penny of the money I spent on it I was only refunded $2 and change beware!

Title: It works fine, but....
Review: This works fine for Roku, but there is no volume control on the remote and no on/off on the remote, so you still have to use the original remote also, which is annoying. Also, no voice feature. Otherwise it works fine.
