Create simple yet showstopping salads that will make them the perpetual star at your table.
With a focus on approachable, flexible recipes that are easy to prepare and bring vegetables to the center of the plate, Salad Seasons will inspire home cooks to eat well and live well.
The recipes in Salad Seasons not only span all four seasons, but show off salads’ versatility as both vibrant main dishes—such as Brown-Buttered Brussels Sprouts and Orecchiette Salad and Smashed Potato and Chorizo Sheet Pan Salad—and as fresh side dishes, like Israeli Corn Salad and Bittersweet Radicchio Salad. Also included are a handful of playful fruit salads, like Strawberry-Rhubarb Salad with Lavender Honey and Brûléed Citrus Salad, which make for unfussy, modern desserts.

Title: Fresh, healthy, seasonal recipes that everyone will love!
Review: This just arrived and is an exciting cookbook filled with delicious recipes that should inspire ANYONE to eat more salads. All are packed with fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins to create healthy and tasty meals. One standout recipe is the "Scorched Sugar Snap and Burrata Salad," which combines seared sugar snap peas and creamy burrata with a bright and fresh lemony dressing - I canât wait to make this one (and the photo made the cover of the book!). All the recipes are incredibly healthy - making it easy to eat well and feel good about it. Thereâs another book that is worth picking up for simple and yummy dishes - "Mediterranean Every Day: Simple, Inspired Recipes for Feel-Good Food," .. both cookbooks feature quick and simple recipes made with fresh, healthy ingredients.

Title: Fun recipes
Review: We've made several recipes from the book (including the one on the cover) and all have been fantastic! I always enjoy getting a "shopping assignment", there's an ingredient that I've not used before and finding it, and then cooking with it. And this book is perfect for vegetarians!
