Review: The moment I saw this booklet i knew it had much to offer and I wasn't disappointed. My husband is on a kidney dialysis diet which is challenging at the best of times. I found many of the recipes in the Salmon Patties, Cakes and Burgers book were flexible and delicious. Especially when using fresh home grown herbs like, lemon thyme, tarragon, Thai basil, sage, orega, garlic chives or basil.
