Title: It's truly MAGIC, so YUMMY!!
Review: I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Magic Salmon Seasoning, it's the PERFECT blend of 8 spices, the only thing I use on my pan seared salmon. The magic is the blend of spices, sugar, salt, spices ( secret spices ), onion, garlic, yellow mustard seed and paprika. The umami, pleasant savory taste of this salmon seasoning, can't be beat, it's the BEST E-V-E-R !! The exact amount of each spice used is the real MAGIC, and I can't live without having this for my salmon, at least twice a week. I ordered 6 of the 7oz containers because I couldn't find it, in my local grocery stores. IMHO this is the best seasoning ever made for salmon, when the sugars and salt and other spices, brown & sear in a simple pan with olive oil, it's the most SCRUMPTIOUS taste/flavor, love it!! I have been using CPMSS for many, many years and PRAY that I can still get it for many more years to come. I would CRY literally, if I couldn't find it anymore. Chef Paul also makes a great chicken seasoning, I also use 😉 so GOOD!!!!!

Review: This is the best seasoning for salmon! You will not be disappointed. I cover the fish in olive oil and then sprinkle this on. Bake at 375° for 20 min and it comes out perfect every time!
