Title: Fit my ears but not my wife's
Review: I really like these, they fit my ears perfectly. My wife's ear holes are smaller though so they don't fit hers and fall out easily as others have said.I hate all ear buds with silicon tips, they make my ears ache after just a couple hours, so finding these without the silicon tips and having them fit my specific ears is good for me.

Title: Too big - fall out easily
Review: I'm so confused as to why the only company to make ear buds that actually fit our ears is the one company that doesn't work with android devices. These ear buds sound great and function exactly how I want. But the ear buds are way too big. I can't even take a drink without them falling out. I'm constantly having to shove them back in my ears because they slowly work their way out as I'm sitting still and working. How hard is it for samsung, a multi billion dollar company, to take a mold of their engineers ears to get a good sized model to develop an earbud around? It's not hard at all but for some reason no one can figure it out. These ear buds are near unusable. Way too expensive for ear buds that don't fit

Title: Don't like stem earbuds, but they don't sell the beans anymore.
Review: + Audio quality is pretty darn good.- Keep falling out of ear; went to tie my shoe and one fell right out into wet grass. Wasn't damaged, but now I have anxiety about using them outside or anytime I'd move my head or jaw (eating, talking, looking around).- I can't get the stem touch controls to recognize my touches without nearly pulling them completely out of my ear.I can't use the "Pro" version because in-ear buds become hideously painful to use after a short while. I would have bought the beans if they still sold the Buds Live, but those ate discontinued so I either need to pay an exorbitant mark-up for new Buds or risk whatever grossness I might get with used.I absolutely detest the Buds 3 form factor. If I can find third-party slip ons that will keep them in my ears, I'll settle. If not, I'm returning them and saving up to buy the beans from a third-party seller because I guess Samsung doesn't actually want my money.

Title: Great. But not so comfortable
Review: I like it. But the translator is not effectively. The fits is not so good. They take out lonely. It has fast connection. The touch control i dont like it. Is not effective. Sound quality is good and the noise cancellation also. But is not so loud.

Title: what a waste
Review: Bought these because I loved my Buds Live for the passive sound and lack of a tip plugged into my ear. These buds are horrible. On their own they don't fit, constantly rotate out of place and fall out. I had one fall out while cleaning the window in my 5th floor apartment and was lucky enough if landed on the ledge outside. Since then I can't wear them without a grip, they just don't work without. In terms of grips, there's basically nothing available that works. At the time I got these when they first released and no accessories existed. I found out quickly that AirPods 3 accessories are a very close match. The ear hook style fits the best but doesn't fit in the charging case, both because the extra padding causes the buds to not reach the charging contacts, and because the hook part doesn't allow the case to close. Thinner grip solutions are fine, but don't grip to the actual buds, so 20 minutes into wearing them they start to slide around and need to be cleaned every time. The only solution I've found which is such a shame, was to use the ear hook style, cut the hook off, use an Exacto knife to expose the sensors on the buds, and use a Dremel tool to shave down the case so the extra padding from the grips can fit and still allow the buds to charge. These buds are an absolute mess and a waste of money. Every time I go to use them I feel disappointed in ever trusting Samsung for making such a terrible product. You might be the lucky 1% that these fit well for, otherwise find something better.

Title: Beware of the fit!
Review: Before this incident these "buds" stayed in my ears mostly fine. I had been using airpods for the past 5ish years and they finally died on me. I decided to try these out, even though I knew I liked my airpods, because of the compatibility with my phone. Now, I've been using them for the past two weeks at least 5 days a week and have thoughts. The sound is great, the controls are taking some getting used to but are easy to use and remember. The fit though. Why are they shaped like that? I wouldn't consider myself to have super small ears but I end up fiddling with these buds most times I use them in order to get them in a comfortable spot. If i have them in for long periods of time my ears do start to ache. They somehow work themselves out of my ears as well which leads me to my "incident". I had both buds in my ears for maybe 45 mins while staining a deck. I moved my paint can in front of me, was looking down at said paint can and what do ya know my right earbud falls straight into the quite full can of oil based stain. I reach my hand in, grab the earbud, wipe her off, throw her to the side and continue to stain. Once I was done I put both earbuds in the case and tested just the one that fell into the liquid and to my surprise it worked just fine!

Title: Bad fit for me
Review: The sound & noise cancelation was fabulous in my opinion...For as long as you can keep them in. These will not stay in the right place in my ear for long at all, eventually falling out altogether. I tried everything over the 4 days I had them. That in itself makes these not worth the cost. Additionally there were a couple too many glitches with switching between devices, & at one point the volume on them suddenly became very low & I had to reset. I get it's a brand new device so I would've given them longer if it was only a technical issue, but with the fit, I ended up returning.Very disappointed as I would prefer to keep all my devices in the same family, and my live pair needs to retire.I have to mention, however, that I have a problem with fit with most earbuds in general. I can't even use the rubber tips at all no matter how much I tug & shove, so the pro model isn't an option for me. I'm not an expert to speak on if it was necessary to shape them the way they did, but I feel like if they weren't such an awkward shape, they'd have a more universal fit. Full sad girl about this
Customers say
Customers are satisfied with the battery life and ease of use of the headphones. However, some customers have reported that the earbuds keep falling out of their ears. They mention the fit isn't the best, and the value for money is not worth it. Customers also say the functionality is poor. Opinions are mixed on the sound quality and comfort.
