Title: International product, not for US
Review: When this product arrived the seal was broken on the box. In addition when I turned it on it was in Spanish. While I was able to choose English as my language the next step required me to choose a region and only South American countries were available. When I called Samsung to troubleshoot they advise me that while the serial number is a legitimate serial number the item is from an on authorized seller and is refurbished. They also advised me it is an international version of the tablet and needed to be returned because they cannot help me fix it to work in the United States. The seller needs to state this in the website description because this is extremely frustrating to deal with and completely insincere selling practices.

Title: INTERNATIONAL VERSION: USA Samsung will NOT help you if something goes wrong.
Review: I purchased this tablet knowing it is an international version. I am currently living out of the USA so I did not think this would be an issue. However, a problem did arise and Samsung USA informed me that because I did not buy a USA version, they will not support or help me, and the warranty is void becaause I did not purchase directly from Samsung. I am completely locked out of the tablet now and it is only a few days past the return window. Very frustrating!! At least I have a new brick out of the deal.
