Review: TL:DR - This book brings up great points that even great managers can be guilty of doing, and provides alternative view points / advice.This book is an easy read. If you put aside 15 minutes a day, that's enough time to read and digest one chapter a day.He breaks down the challenges 'Santa' faces, and then identifies the root cause of the challenge and then addressing that appropriately. I think this is the strength of this book - don't put a bandaid on a problem. Identify the correct root cause and approach the issue at a fundamental level.If you are looking to gather different perspectives for your management style and how you manage, as well as an easy read with great analogies, then get this book.
