Title: Performed well, reasonable price point.
Review: Shredded cheese and carrots well. It slices more firm items like cucumbers, apples, carrots, etc.,very well. The slicer had trouble slicing tomatoes, better cutting with a knife. Hand cleaning only, but it didn’t take long, be careful of the blades. Wiselet has an excellent customer support team, one of the best that I’ve dealt with.

Title: Works grate! (get it? because its a grater)
Review: We were a little skeptical of what the quality would be like because it was relatively cheap, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money on one since we weren’t sure how much we would use it. We have used this a ton since we got it and it’s holding up really well so far! We have moved away from buying bagged cheese and are shredding our own, and we go through a lot of cheese. I have also used it to slice potatoes for scalloped potatoes, this was a huge time saver and worked great!

Title: Good For Larger, Once-In-A-While, Uses
Review: Attaches to the KitchenAid mixer fine, easy to use and it worked well on some light-duty shredding. However, it is not easy to clean, although it does come with a small brush. Title: Don’t buy this Garbage!!! Not stainless!!!
Review: Used this one time and washed it. It immediately started to discolor, and by the morning it was like this! Now when you go to use it whatever the metal discolors the meat and has ruined it! I’m worried it’s made of tin, or something lead based! Not magnetic, but not stainless steel! Don’t buy this thing! It has a painted or plated coating that comes right off!

Title: Not durable
Review: Used solely as a cheese grater, only a half dozen times. The last time, cheese built up between the shredding plates and the housing, until a plate popped out during operation, and broke a piece inside of the housing.
