Title: Outstanding scan tool. 100% would recommend
Review: This tool solved a lingering inoperable AC condition on a 2014 Chevy Cruz in less time than it took to download the software updates. That is in no way an exaggeration nor a complaint...the software and GUI is super sleek and provides full access to all modules on the network. This incudes accessing the data stream from each module as well performing functional testing...the tool can command for example the ac clutch on / off, or the AC solenoid to open and close. A true bi-directional tool.What else, screenshots that you can email to yourself? yup, has that, and it's super slick, click click, sent. It just works, and that's really the theme of the whole tool, it just works.I want to go break something on my Honda so that I can justify the download, because guess what, I can add Honda, I can add Ford, sure, it costs for the year, but versus buying another tool, seems like an obvious choice and screaming deal at that.TLDR: Best scan tool I have ever owned - it reads and controls the AC system, 2014 Chevy Cruz.

Title: Beat Scanner For Your Buck
Review: I love this scanner, as an automotive tech and working on cars on a daily bases this scanner has all the bells and whistles. From resetting maintenance light to putting brake system in service mode to perform a brake job on your vehicle. Easy to use, code read codes for check engine lights. Highly recommend

Title: Need to purchase more software!!
Review: Well I normally don’t do reviews or comments however beware that the statements in the product description are misleading!! I purchased the GM 2024 version manly because I needed the throttle relearning and if one needs basically anything that is by directional communication one will need to purchase it in the software mall for basically $40 for one years worth of use!! Example “Full” GM capable software $40 plus relearn throttle body $40 adding an additional $80 for one year of software service plus the price of the unit. The description doesn’t mention needing to purchase more software and is misleading customers in thinking this is all they need. I noticed some have mentioned this in the reviews THEY ARE CORRECT. With that mentioned and software installed the GM throttle relearning went smoothly with no problems on my 2012 Cadillac CTS after removing my throttle body for cleaning.

Title: Works well for the money
Review: This worked well for the money. It was able to reprogram the engine when installing a new VVT and GM models. The updates are a little bit clunky but work. It would be nice if it covered more than one make of vehicle but overall, I’m happy with the purchase

Title: The best scanner
Review: I have used it every day and I can say that its functions are incredible.It's light, fast, small but powerful. I have been able to use it in several services for my clients and this scanner is really one of my favorites. The Launch brand is one of the best I've ever had. I have another one that I bought recently and I also use it every day. Each of the scanners have something in common and it is their effectiveness in giving diagnosis and the unsurpassed quality.I have bought other second-hand ones and after several years they still work like new. That's why I will continue on the same line of Launch.

Title: Great little scanner with some advanced functions
Review: I bought this to do a brake job on a 2021 Silverado 1500. It has the electronic parking brake and the brake pad monitor. I was getting a nagging message on the screen that said 'Service Brake Pad Monitor'. I put new brake pads, wear sensors, and rotors on it and everything went OK I thought. The trucks screen said it detected new brake pads and asked if I wanted to reset the brake pad life so I checked YES but when it got done the brake pad monitor showed 100% on the rear and 51% on the front--and yes I had it in service mode. It wouldn't let me manually reset it again. None of my scanners could reset the brake pad monitor and I read that this one could do it. The price of this scanner was a little less than the dealer quoted me to do the reset but they said if the brakes were done incorrectly it could cost $2000 blah blah blah and I would have to leave the truck there because they were backed up . I was positive I did it correctly because I used GM service info so I bought this scanner. Charged the scanner and did the updates (it says upgrade on the screen but it means update). Plugged it into the truck and did the reset in about 2 minutes. No trip to the dealer and no getting "You put in the wrong pads" or anything like that.

Title: Does not do what they say, do not buy
Review: This did not work. The auto select insisted vehicle was a Ford and trying to sell me programs instead of running on a 09 Trailblazer! Went to their website for support since Amazon did nothing to help, and their website did not even recognize the model number of their own product. So, no support from Amazon or the seller and it goes back for a refund. Amazon has turned into take your money and they do not care or vallue me as a customer.
