Title: Works until it doesn’t
Review: I purchased a tall diffuser from Amazon c/o Hotel Collection for @ $330 12/23. 5 months later and the diffuser works no longer. What an epic waste of money. I contacted Hotel collection to no avail. Don’t waste your money!

Title: Beyond disappointing - cheap - garbage
Review: I ordered 2 diffusers and both were malfunctioning and broken upon arrival. Would start and stop and the remote barely worked. The directions for the remote reset do not even match the button options on the remote I received! Total scam! And too bad because the scent “My Way” smells incredible. Overpriced - junk

Review: Remote does not work. The device only works when it wants to. Only way to make it function is to unplug it and plug it back in and even then you can stare at for hours and it does nothing. Worst purchase ever…

Review: Bought 3 of these to put through my home all of them have failed called the manufacturer and was told to deal with Amazon. The machine worked well for about a week now nothing they say to change the tube inside but I cannot even find this part.. Absolutly disappointing and I feel this is a scam.. You absolutly do not get what you paid for..
