Title: Customer service is great! Machine works well.
Review: This machine works great. It definitely scents my whole home and distributes well. The customer service though was top-notch. The machine I received worked but had a leak and they promptly replaced a part and when that didn’t fix it, they sent out a machine and I had it in two days. They were incredibly helpful, communicative, and I highly recommend working with them.My only feedback would be that it’s unfortunate that the bottle to refill it - You have to unscrew everything, the hose connection, etc. It would be ideal if you didn’t have to do that but, at the price point and the quality it’s definitely something that is not that troublesome.

Title: Fantastic Machine
Review: Received the machine, set up is so easy! The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. You can set times that the machine runs, how many sprays, etc. I'm sure there is more, I haven't had time to dive into it completely. I had it running in one room and that entire floor smelled so good! I had my husband hook it up the HVAC, which is super simple and now the entire house smells amazing! I can't attest to how long the oil lasts yet, however the container in the machine holds more than the bottles you can purchase, so I have a few more coming - which I anticipated before I bought it. My house is roughly 3300 square feet and this machine goes up to 4500 and have 3 floors, basement - main - upstairs.

Title: Covers a large area
Review: This machine covers a large area of my home. Scent is not overpowering and very pleasant leaving the house with a hotel smell. Machine makes some noise but we’re used to it. It’s not connected to HVAC at the moment. Machine has worked well for 8 months but it’s not dispersing scent only air now. I added extended warranty when I first bought it and I’m waiting to hear from the company on troubleshooting.Edit*After 3-4 emails back with manufacturer, it was determined the atomizer was clogged and it stopped working. Because they didn’t have part in stock, manufacturer shipped me a new machine.I’m satisfied with the service received and would recommend the product.I was advised to run rubbing alcohol in the machine 1x month to avoid future clogging as we run it 14h/day.

Review: Machine works well, it's really not that loud. I have not installed mine into the ductwork yet, have only been using it as a stand alone and it scents the entire floor, our house is relatively small but I have no doubt it would do a larger floor just as well. 100 ml of scent lasts a long time, over 30 days so far.

Title: I'm kind of in the middle
Review: First I will say, I really like how you can actually smell the oils. This machine is powerful for sure. I'm currently using this on my first floor only. I don't have it hooked up to the HVAC. My downstairs is roughly 2000sq feet with 10ft ceilings. I would say this machine only covers less than half of my bottom floor. That was disappointing considering everyone keeps saying it covers 4500sq feet. Maybe if it was hooked up to the HVAC. I don't have a power outlet close by and I really don't want to put a hole in my A/C vent. This unit basically covers my kitchen, dining room and living room area which I'm ok with since the other spaces are bedrooms. If you have a space of 950 sq feet or less this will be amazing for you without being hooked up to AC unit.I read a lot of talk about the app and getting this set up. I truly didn't have any issues. I actually set it up manually through the unit itself. I later realized that the app is way easier to use for the programming. You can add what days, times, and how strong you want the scent to be. I've had no issues with connectivity or the unit itself.I will also address the noise that I saw people complain about. I can hear it at times but it's not really loud at all and it last for 30 seconds when the unit goes on and off. Unless you have this sitting directly next to you, I'm not sure how it would bother you?I've been using this for three days so far and I'm enjoying it. I honestly think the hardest part is finding a scent that I like. The oils are pretty expensive to be honest so I can't go out and buy 10 of them just to try. They range from 50-100 dollars for a 5oz bottle. The good news is this is very easy on using the scent. I haven't seen it drop much and I'm running my machine from 5am to 9pm daily.My final evaluation is that I'm happy that I got this. I love that I can control all aspects of the smell and times that it runs. I do enjoy the smell produced by the machine even with high ceilings and big open areas. I don't like that it won't cover my entire bottom floor without using the HVAC and how costly the oils are to put in the machine.

Title: Stopped working after 2 months
Review: I saw the mixed reviews regarding the durability of the machine and decided to give it a try, hoping I'd get lucky. It worked very well at first. We hooked it up to our AC system and it quickly distributed the scent throughout the house. So, while it was working it did a great job at filling the house with a noticeable, but not overpowering scent. However, it has stopped working after just 2 months. I'm disappointed and do not recommend this product. You will likely need to replace it soon after the return window closes, so maybe just invest in a better system to begin with.
