Going In to the third month of taking seamos I wasnât sure if anything was happening and if the energy i was feeling was from other supplements I started alongside the seamos. I unintentionally didnât take it for a couple of weeks and started feeling my energy levels decreasing. Once taking it again within a week I feel so much better.
