Title: Highly beneficial Dead Sea salt for soothing soaks
Review: This is a bag of fine sea salt sourced from the Dead Sea which isnât processed so itâs rich in magnesium, calcium, & potassium. While regular sea salt from the ocean is mostly used for culinary, Dead Sea salt is said to be of the highest quality and is best for therapeutic use.I personally like to use this for a foot soak while my wife uses for the full tub. A little goes a long way, in fact just a 1/4 cub should be enough for most otherwise you can do more but Iâd say anything over 2 cups is overkill.I know this can also be used to make an exfoliating scrub but canât say weâve done that yet. Review: We have been enjoying warm foot baths at home and finally decided to add salt minerals to elevate the experience further. Let me tell you, it does! With the salt in the mix, your feet reaps the benefit of exfoliation and makes the feet softer. It basically tenderizes your skin.I have no set mix ratio but just eyeball it based on how much water is in the foot bath soak tub.Having experienced the gratifying results with this fine grain sea salt, it will be a staple of all my future baths. Yes, you can actually use it on your body as well similar to any bath scrub. Just add coconut oil or olive oil to the mixture.This sea salt is clean and quickly dissolves in hot water.5 Stars!
