Title: Nice product
Review: Reliable outdoor security camera system and great tech support.We really liked this security camera system. It easy to set up and use. Clear camera picture. Easy to access when we are not on property using the app on phone. Seems tough even ran very well through winters. We use them for outside. We have experienced good quality and good value. I had issues getting one system to connect. Support was quick and patient to answer and got me fixed quickly. Reliable systems.

Title: Make double sure you put in password as per directions
Review: I think I would love it very much if I had put in password correctly with numbers and letters. But I didn't. So I will not be able to use it. I will be buying another one and make extra sure the password is put in as directed next time. It is a very nice system for the money. Just wish that I had correctly set up. I would recommend it. Great picture and wider coverage than others that I have used. Can be monitored from anywhere I go. Just be sure of the password upon setup.

Title: Wouldn't buy from them again!
Review: So first off let me say that the cameras are not what u would call "night vision". There is no inferred lights to show during the night. Instead it has these ambient lights that is a sore eye & stand out at night. So good luck with even trying to be discreet with them. The picture Quality is good during day time that i will say (which is the reason I at least gave it one star otherwise i wouldn't had gave none if it was possible). It was easy to install if u are familiar with cameras. Cheap setup so u get what u buy. Security log in is confusing due to no instructions given. But my last thing that really got me is that THEY WONT REACH OUT WHEN U CONTACT SUPPORT. There isn't a number to call only to talk to support just an email that's says they will reach out in 24 hrs but I've been trying to reach them for the past week now sent 3 emails & still haven't heard back from support still to this day. I rather just spend a lil more & buy something from night owl. The support there knows how to treat theu customers. I have a DVR system & 4 cameras ill sell half price what they sell theirs if anyone is interested lol. Lifarey isnt the way to go i put my word on it.

Review: Was told by their support that the unit has smart human/vehicle detection all 8 channels. Wopuld have purcahsed second unit if all worked. Human/Vehicle detection would not enable on any channel. Only motion detection available but then it doesn't display message or sound buzzer when there is motion.Their support even sent 5 photos of a process to remove the PAL/NTSC ERROR on the screen, but their photo's were not for the setup on the unit we bought and even tried to tell us it was in the instructions received, but was not in there either. Must be an updated version of OS but not option to download upgrade was available from their web site so must not be one.Was really hoping for this to work since they use Linux in their unit. Returned.
