Title: Great Litter Box - No Regrets
Review: This is my second "smart" litter box and my favorite of the two I own. Neither are perfect and they each have their quirks, but the PetSafe ScoopFree SmartSpin is superior in function, limited noise, and wifi connection.Right out of the box, this thing is easy to set up. I like that the manual is digital and I can access it on my phone quickly via QR code and whenever I need it (versus keeping a bunch of paper manuals everywhere). I love the wood legs and the sleep modern look. It's a litter box, but not an eye sore.Connecting to the wifi was also easy. I don't have any connectivity issues, but I also have a wifi access point in the basement near the litterboxes. I love the wifi function and the app is simple and intuitive to use.The box is quiet when "scooping." Much quieter than our other box. We use clumping litter (Fresh Step) and it works beautifully in this box. Left over clumps are minimal. It is a common issue for small clumps to get stuck in the grates and walls for all smart litter boxes. This one is no different, but again better than the first one we bought.No litter box, smart or not, is going to be perfect. It is literally dealing with cat bathroom waste, but this one is as close to perfect as exists right now. I have zero regrets on this purchase and find the convenience well worth the cost.

Title: Worth it but not perfect.
Review: First are these worth the money? Yes.I have two of these for my four cats. I bought them within two weeks of each other and have had them about a month.They aren’t perfect but they are much more convenient and less smelly than regular litter boxes.Before, I was scooping poop daily to every other day out of four litter boxes. They would get smelly in a hurry because my cats aren’t bright and don’t always bury their poop……and I also had to do full litter changes quite often. So it was costing a lot to keep them clean.With these, I change out the bags about twice a week and just add a few cups of litter. These use considerably less litter and with the amount of $ I’m saving on cat litter, these things will pay for themselves in 6-8 months.That said, they aren’t perfect. I’ve given up keeping them connected to the WIFI. They won’t stay online. It’s so incredibly annoying to pay so much for something and one of the features not work. I’ve seen numerous comments about this from other reviews and hope Pet Safe will get its act together.Also, sometimes poop or litter clumps will stick to the walls of the thing and not drop into the bin. So if you buy these, hold on to you litter scooper—you’re still going to need it.Speaking of the walls of the thing, you’re going to need to wipe them down occasionally. You’re also going to need to wipe down the grate thingy too because bits of litter will get stuck to it as well.Also, keep a mat outside of the litter box. Sometimes the clumps bounce out of this thing into the floor.I do like the convenience of it though overall. It does need some fine-tuning. Maybe future models will be better.It would be neat if they could offer just a regular version that doesn’t have wifi connections or an app. It can cut manufacturing costs and pass the savings on to the customer. That part of it doesn’t work anyway so what is the point in having it?Anyway, as far as noise goes, it runs pretty quiet. It does beep when a cleaning cycle is complete but that’s not a dealbreaker.Overall, they are worth the cost for the convenience because the basic functions work and that’s why I was buying this anyway.

Title: Cute but doesn’t always work the way you think it should
Review: First off, it’s really cute. I had a friend recommend it. I like the large bucket on the bottom that dumps the excrement in. It seemed like a great deal for the money. It’s some what easy to use and clean and put together. The plastic is thick and seems of good quality. The performance is lacking though. I haven’t had it but a few weeks and it freezes on its side. It has dumped clumps of litter on the floor as it spins. My cats like it and use it just fine. I just hate how I have to reset it every week.

Title: Love this! Stylish, clean, easy to use.
Review: This was my first experience with an automatic cat litter box.Pros: it was super easy to set up. There’s a QR code you scan to open a digital manual. It’s really nice.It also looks great.It comes with an app that tracks when your cat uses the litter box, for how long, and how much they weigh.It has a little pack thing that comes with it that neutralizes the scent. It comes with two and says it should be replaced every 15 days- the app can track for you.The cleaning cycle runs three minutes after your cat finishes (I think you can adjust this but I left it) for safety.And I would say the biggest pro is you can use any clumping litter with this. No expensive stuff required.Cons: honestly, I would say only the price point is a con. But I would say it’s worth it. Like, really worth it.I do have two cats and so far only one has used it. My girl is a bit skittish so I do think it will take her time to warm up to it, but the older cat had no issues.

Review: My cat poops as if he were a grown man instead of a regular-sized tri-pawd cat. Scooping his litter was so easy to neglect because of the stench and wanting to be far away from it.. And now I can leave the task for just about 2 weeks! He has always adjusted well and quickly to new litter boxes or actual litter, and he was keen to start using this one. I let his old litterbox get filthy so he had a transition period, but I don't know if he really needed it.It's a good size for my small laundry room, and my cat doesn't struggle climbing into it despite missing a hind leg. It's a bit of an adjustment learning to clean it, but I've had it for just about a month and recently completed the first deep clean. It is a little annoying to take apart for the big clean, but I switched crystal litter to clumping litter hoping I can reduce the frequency of the deep clean. I have a hard time finding replacement deodorizers, but so far I haven't found a huge difference going without them. The app is handy too, lots of how-to threads to help when things aren't working right (for me, that was not remembering how to turn on add litter mode.)Highly recommend, I'd rather have an infrequent deep clean than scooping every day. I am happier because of this!
