Shave: Use a razor to shave in the direction of hair growth, using short and light strokes, rinsing the razor frequently. For a closer shave, you can reapply shaving cream/gel and shave against the grain (opposite direction of hair growth). However, be cautious as this may increase the risk of skin irritation or ingrown hairs. 4. Soothe: Rinse your face, pat dry, and apply an aftershave lotion or balm to moisturize and soothe the skin. 5. Store: Shake off excess water after use and store your razor in a clean, dry place.

Title: New favorite
Review: I am a female but hate the crappy womens razors so I usually get the Gillette fusion but decided to just try this one since it is more economical and I was blown away. I really thought it would be a crappy razor but it's much better quality than anticipated. I got a very close shave on my underarms and legs. I will definitely be sticking with these 10/10 recommend

Title: Wish I had found sooner.
Review: Replace my Gillette razor do to the cost of replacement blades. Purchased this pack to test the blades and see how they hold up and how the shave went. Seems to be just as good as the Gillette and are lasting about the same length of time. Replacement blades are 1/4 to 1/3 the price.

Title: Not as good as Gillette Proglide Plus but cheaper
Review: I've been buying the Gillette Proglide Plus (also 5-blade cartridge) for the last year and the Gillette is a darn good razor but it's also darn expensive. I bought this Amazon Basics to compare and unfortunately, it's not as good. You need twice as many passes to achieve the same results as the Gillette, it's harder to attach the Amazon cartridges to the handle, and the Gillette offers a smoother shave. However, the prices are so far apart that the calculus may be different for you:Amazon Basics replacement cartridges [ ASIN: B07MK1N7P6 ] are $17 for 12 cartridges without Subscribe and Save. That's about $1.40 per cartridge.Costco has the Gillette Proglide Plus Razor cartridges for $50 for 16 cartridges. That's about $3.12 per cartridge.

Title: Almost as good
Review: This shaver is fairly nice and it is very close to the expensive equivalent on the market. The head pivots smoothly and the five blades cut very nice. The only issue I have with it is that the backside to trim the side burns would take your skin off With the hair leaving you bleeding. If they can just fix that last part, it will be just as good as the expensive Gillette shaver.

Review: This razor is great, until you drop it, then the plastic piece that holds the razor blades on snaps and you canât use the razor anymore.
