HOW TO USE
1. Place the shoe on the sole sheet, use a pen to mark the shape of the shoe sole.
2. Cut the sheet along with the marks.
3. Clean the shoe sole with a dry cloth, sand both surfaces you want to glue until it's a little bit rough to get the best bond.
4. Apply shoe goo to both the shoe sole and the sheet, press hard for a while, and then clamp it with rubber bands or clamps.
5. Wait for 24hrs, and then trim the extra parts of the edges.

Title: Good stuff, and works well with well known shoe adhesive
Review: It's getting very difficult to find any sort of shoe repair service, so I offered to try and repair my wife's shoes with this product. This slightly rubbery material seems to be thick and tough enough to last a while. While it's a bit difficult to cut, I managed to do so with a certain model of scissors. The fact that it is rough on one side allows the cement (I used a brand whose initials are S G) to cover more area and increase the likelihood of the repair remaining intact. I cut pieces for both the soles and the heels. My wife is happy, so that's saying something.

Review: I ordered this as a last effort to fix some of my favorite shoes and it is awesome! It is perfect! It is not super easy to cut, but just right. With the right shoe cement (follow directions) and clamps it is a perfect fix.

Title: 4* Tough Tread seethe picture!!
Review: Good for many types of sole repairs,it can be cut/trimmed with a utility knife & heavy duty scissors (I used KitchenAid boning shears), traction on flat surfaces is good, obviously not for mud/snow,lastly once cut it can be rolled shaped making it easier to place if you're working a curve/radius area.The boot on the left is one of a pair that needed heel rear section,the one on the right is a full heel&front sole glued with Gorilla clear contact. Durability unknown until I wear them a while.4* Amazon Delivered shoe repair item!!

Title: Works Just Like Vibram
Review: I like it because the thickness (4 mm, I think) is just right. 'Right' in the sense that if a piece of it is glued to the out sole it would not feel like a 'bulge' underneath your foot. The thickness is also right for having a bigger piece e.g. with a size equivalent to the entire out sole glued to your shoe. On the other hand the sheet material is also soft and pliable - it offers good enough cushion. Having used it for a while I have noticed that the material offers good abrasion resistance. I was not entirely sure it was right for me before I ordered for one reason - it was not said that it was a Vibram sheet. However, it works just like Vibram. I recommend it for anyone who wants to extend the life of their shoes.

Title: Thick rubber soling
Review: Rubber is thick, dense, and durable. The rubber sheet arrived flat without any curling and cutting it is easy with a sharp razor or utility knife. There are two sides to the rubber sheet - one side of the sheet has a slight texture and the other side is smooth. I really like that this rubber is thicker than a lot of others - meaning that my repair will hopefully last longer.

Review: I used it to make half soles for large snip toe cowboy boots. Seems VERY durable, I don't see this breaking down quickly. It is indeed rubber and not a rubber / plastic material like Vibram half soles which are easier to cut.Extremely difficult to cut and trim! It's like trying to cut a car tire. I used Fiskars shears for initial cutting and shaping. A brand new razor couldn't seem to bite in order to trim around the leather sole edges after bonding. I had to use a rotary tool to sand the last bit down, but the end results were worth it. I imagine a belt sander would half worked better/faster. Obviously a cobbler could have done the job faster and cleaner, but I had fun doing it.

Review: I bought this in order to re-sole my favourite pair of Birkenstock sandals. It was perfect. It is thick, tough and flexible enough to conform to the slight contours of the sandal. The key to success is to spend the time doing the surface preparation and using high quality contact cement.

Review: Very durable with good thickness. Cutting requires good scissors but well worth the extra effort. Has extended heal lid of my hiking boots by 3 months. I walk a minimum of 15 km per day.
