Dr. Scholl’s Prevent Pain Insoles are the only proven solution to prevent lower body pain stemming from muscle-induced joint stiffness and strain. Equipped with the advanced Tri-Protect System, these insoles proactively halt pain before it starts by combining cushioning, support, and shock absorption. They are particularly effective for conditions or activities such as reduced activity, weight gain, flat feet, overpronation, over-supination, poor posture, and pressures from standing or moving on hard surfaces. The specialized cushioning disperses pressure across the entire foot, while the heel’s shock absorption manages stress from the ground up. Flexible arch support dynamically adjusts to varying activity levels and physical changes, delivering lasting comfort throughout the day.

Title: Great for cobblestones/uneven ground/metatarsalgia
Review: I decided to try these for a two-week trip across Italy last month. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! I threw them in my lifestyle sneakers (not always the most comfortable shoes) and wandered across miles and miles (and miles!) of uneven stone, ancient roads, gravel, and even took them for a legit hike to hunt truffles. They were perfect! So perfect, in fact, the two of my travel companions bought some the second day of the trip. They’re easy to cut to the right size if you take out the current sole in your shoe, but you’ll need relatively sharp, standard-sized scissors. They never smelled even with all of that walking/jogging, and they kept their buoyancy. I also have metatarsalgia and it didn’t bother me once. Good buy!

Title: The feel good
Review: I like these supports, they aren’t too thick that your shoes feel uncomfortable. The heel support feels as good as custom made, at a much lower price. Will purchase again

Title: insole is pretty thick to the point where shoe fits uncomfortably tight from the top
Review: The insole is pretty thick so it makes the shoes uncomfortable to wear because it causes them to be tight from the top since the insole lifts your foot more. The insole is definitely comfortable but the shoe is uncomfortably tight now that it makes the foot rise more.

Title: Really did help alleviate heel and ankle pain
Review: I needed something to help me with wearing my Converse sneakers (my favorite shoes). After wearing them for any length of time, my heels and my left ankle would get really sore. There are so many insert options I didn’t know where to start, but I’m glad I gave these a try. They fit into my Converse well. It does raise your heel up about a quarter of an inch, which did take some getting used to, but I quickly did. I like that it covered the entire inside of the shoe so it would not move around while I was walking. They felt good while walking around the house and running errands. But the ultimate test came that weekend, when I wore them to the Mall of America (8,600 steps) and the next day to the state fair (18,000 steps). At the end of the state fair visit my feet still felt pretty good. I’d say the amount of heel and ankle pain was reduced by about 90%, which was amazing to me. Also, the next day, when I’d normally be almost limping, I felt fine!So I’d say these definitely keep their promise, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some relief.

Title: It’s an ok shoe insert
Review: The insert is fine but it did not seem to help the pain I feel in my heels. I think I need a more supportive arch.
