Review: These were a special gift for my grandson starting high school. He lost his father this summer in a tragic accident, and I wanted to give him something great, not to compensate for a pretty rough summer, but to give him a bit of a bright spot of happiness. The shoes fit perfectly and look new and nice. They arrived promptly and in good order. He's very happy with his new sneakers and that makes me very happy!

Review: I loved these shoes until one of the bubbles popped in the heel. Nike says they stand behind their product, but only if it’s purchased from them. I pay for Amazon Prime for ease of buying and returning, but they told me to contact the seller. I’ve called and left message after message after message with the seller, GLENALLA GROUP CORP out of CASTLE ROCK COLORADO, run by GRIFFIN MYERS; after a week straight of daily phone calls, never speaking to anyone and leaving messages I have not been able to contact the seller.I circled back to Nike Corporate; they have nothing for me except “I’m so sorry,” and “I hope the seller gets back to you.” Amazon continues to give me the technical run around: they aren’t making customer service calls currently and the never very helpful chat bot, obviously, couldn’t help me. I need someone from GLENALLA GROUP CORP to contact me.In the meantime, BE AWARE THAT PURCHASING NIKE PRODUCTS FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND NIKE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOU.
