Title: Adore this shower head!
Review: I looked for a long time for the shower head that would fit with our bathroom remodel. This is beautiful! It is very well made, has amazing water pressure, and works great. Maybe we have good water pressure in general at our home, but we only have the mater on half way and there is more than enough water pressure. We also do this to conserve the amount of hot water we use so we can take a longer shower. Otherwise, the hot water would run out pretty quickly. The shower wand is amazing. It is high powered and almost acts as a jet when i need to spray down the shower and clean. The only draw back is instillation. We hired a professional tile installer to do our bathroom, and he offered to install this for us. He said the average DIY'er may struggle to install this. He followed the directions to a T and said they were very well written and easy to follow. However, without plumbing knowledge, it would be a very difficult install. Overall we are so happy with this purchase for the money.

Title: Short thread
Review: The design is modern, looks good, install not too complicated. The only problem we had was the thread of the shower head and the handle- it was not long enough. Contacted the customer service, they have offered longer ones, but it would have taken 2 extra weeks plus $75. So found 2 pieces for $6 each at ACE. My plumber was able to fix the issue. I would recommend to have them at least .5inch longer, that would make a difference. It's easier to cut it, than need it.Not used yet, just tested, but it works just fine

Review: First wasn't happy not able to get the handle flush against the wall plate. Sticks out 1/2". Second the push button diverter does not go just the hand held. I only get to select shower head or hand held w/shower head，The button that controls the water flow from the rain shower to the handheld is no longer operational (already) and the flow is stuck on the handheld. Absolutely love this fixture. Id estimate that aprox. 99 of this fixture is real metal, and it is of very great quality (i.e. I feel like I absolutely got what I paid for). We tiled our bathroom before installing this fixture, and so I opted for this model mainly because it appeared to be high quality, provided for an easy install, required no new reworking of existing plumb (just had to drill a few holes for anchoring purposes), and had the handheld of at least 6ft long, mounted to the bottom of the fixture. We require a handheld, because we use this shower to wash our dogs as well, and the handheld is not only powerful but also long enough to get the dogs rinsed off in every portion of their coat without running out of hose. It also has a nice one button feature conviently located on the handheld to quickly and easily change the spray setting. Another bonus we enjoy is we can move the handheld up or down and point it any which way in the holster. There is a push button to switch from overhead spray, to overhead spray AND hand held spray, and then handheld only spray. Further more, we opted for the extension piece to increase the height of the rain shower head. My husband is 6.3, and it sits at a comfortable height for him (so, note that our picture reflects the overhead height for this add-on purchase). The rain shower head is also wide enough to distribute water all over your body when under it it really feels like a warm rain shower.
