Title: Everything I needed and More!
Review: I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this Neck Pillow, as I was on the verge of purchasing a $60 name brand pillow, that I was not even certain would provide my neck with the support I need. However, I am very glad that I chose this item over the other that I had in mind. Instead of making a super long review, I will break my review up in to small sections.Price: Affordable!Material: Memory Foam. ** Disclaimer...upon initial unpacking the foam has a rather strong smell. The instructions that come with the pillow will tell you to keep it well aerated for about 48-72 hours to allow the pillow to air-out and expand correctly. (The pictures above are those that were taken before I had the opportunity to do what I just mentioned. Do not let the pre-quality pictures be your ultimate deal breaker on this pillow, you will not regret it.)Ergonomic: This pillow is VERY comfortable. It surpassed my expectations in that it absolutely cradles my neck and provides stable, yet soft and comfortable support for my neck (this coming from a person with various medical conditions pertaining to the cervical spine). There is a small divot in the middle of the pillow, which allows your head to rest comfortably as it sinks into the memory foam. If the pillow is laying flat, you will notice as slight cut out, where your neck placement should be, in case it gets confusing with a pillow case on. This pillow even has little slots on the side for arm placements, as the post here shows; however, I cannot speak much on those, as I do not find myself using them.Temperature: I found that the pillow was very pervious and porous being that it's memory foam. The pillow case surrounding the memory foam part of the pillow is very cool. It kept me comfortable and provided my head with an "Icy -like," for a majority of the night. Of Course, this will be dependent upon your room temperature. I find that I typically run hot at night, so I ordered an additional pillow case to help maintain pillows temperature.Overall Thoughts: This has easily become my new favorite pillow when I am going to bed or simply napping. I have found that this pillow has provided me with some saving grace in that it buffers neck pain, has improved my mood, is comfortable and affordable. This pillow is not meant to be a casual pillow that some may use to prop themselves up, so keep that in mind. Plus, I would only suggest using it for when you are resting anyway if you wish to maintain the integrity of the pillows structure. Despite that, I highly recommend you give it a try yourself, overall rating of a 8.5/10!

Title: No more neck pain

Title: Big thumbs up from a chiropractor
Review: I am a chiropractic physician who has been in practice for almost 30 years. I have sold various pillows over the years, and tried dozens of pillows to find the most comfortable and supportive one. This is the best pillow I have tried.I like that is supportive to the neck, yet still soft. Unlike some memory foam pillows this one doesn’t get hard as a brick after 15 minutes; it rebounds back to give a better quality comfort. The height is adjustable, which is great for patients of varying sizes. The different shaped parts of the pillow support patients spines whether they sleep on their side or on their back.I also like the cooling effect of the pillow cover. As a bonus this pillow is less expensive than most other types of specialty pillows. In my office this is the only pillow we now sell.I highly recommended this pillow.

Title: exactly perfect and excellent product
Review: I bought this orthopedic pillow and I'm impressed with its quality. It provides incredible support for my neck, keeping my spine aligned throughout the night. The memory foam adapts well to my curves, relieving pressure. It's also very breathable, which prevents me from overheating. At first, it took me a few days to get used to it, but it was worth it. It seems to last a long time and, since it's lightweight, I can even take it with me when I travel. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a restful sleep!

Title: Exactly what I needed
Review: I developed a disease that has caused me to be bedridden most of the time and made me turn from a side sleeper to a back sleeper. My old pillow that looked similar to this one is completely worn out because of heavy use. I couldn’t find the exact pillow so I ordered this one instead. I love it! It fits me perfectly and my cervical spine feels cradled and supported. In the morning I feel so well rested and during the day I am so comfortable reading and watching movies.I really like that this pillow has shoulder support too, that really helps with my illness and it keeps them snug too. My old pillow didn’t have shoulder support so I am really loving the design of this pillow. It is the best pillow I’ve ever had and I feel like it will last a long time. I will update my review when it is worn out as I’m in a unique situation that lets me evaluate this pillow with heavy usage.Some reviews mention a smell but mine doesn’t smell like anything so maybe they didn’t give it 24 hours to take shape and air out? It gets shrink wrapped after production so a smell isn’t something that should be surprising. I waited the 24 hours and I am extremely pleased with my purchase! When this one becomes worn out I will definitely reorder it!I can’t speak to how well it works for a side sleeper but just by looking at it I think it would be great. It’s a 10/10 from me!
