Title: Replaced my favorite pillow!
Review: This pillow was purchayse in hopes that it was similar to a pillow I currently own. The pillow I was looking for another of was made by Ralph Lauren and is the same shape as this one. My boyfriend who has cervical issues (chiari malformation) always takes the Ralph Lauren pillow and I wanted to give him one. We find this one is maybe a slight bit better because it is ever so slightly softer, but still very supportive and pleasantly firm. Absolutely would recommend!

Title: Hubby's pillow
Review: Bought this as a replacement for a similar pillow my husband was using but which needed replacing due to use. He likes it! I like the pillow case which is substantial and will hold up to washing. It wasn't expensive. Will buy it again when and if this one wears out.

Title: Too big for my neck
Review: I had a similar lumbar pillow for almost 10 years that fit my neck perfectly and was the best pillow I've ever used. Unfortunately, the product or company was discontinued so I've been in search of a similar pillow replacement. This pillow seems to be made of the same materials or has a very similar composition, however the larger side for side-sleeping is maybe a quarter inch too big for my neck and the smaller side for back- sleeping is too small to give support. If I could take a fourth of an inch from the larger side and move it to the smaller side, I think this pillow would be perfect! But after trying to use it for over two months, I've decided I need to try a different pillow as I have been waking up with neck pain. I suspect everyone has different size needs for lumbar pillows and that this one may be great for some, but for my 5'7" 138 lb self, it is too big for me.

Title: First Sleep Was Great
Review: I'm a stomach or side sleeper with serious ortho neck issues. I slept well and arose without pain. During the night I changed position more than once and quickly returned to sleep. By bedtime there was no noticeable odor from the pillow. My very first impression was that the pillow was too soft, but the reality was that it provided appropriate support. Very good purchase.
