Title: Peace and Quite Restored
Review: This ball arrived vacuum sealed in a plastic bag with an insert that said to give it to full days to regain its shape. It was ready to use after just a few hours, but it did take about a full days to look normal and completely round. This is the second ball of this type I have bought. This one actually seems a little better than the first in the sense that seems to have some type of coating on the outside that might protect the foam a little better than our first (which got a hunk taken out of it during some horseplay in the house). Overall, these are a bit pricey for what they are - foam balls, BUT they really are quiet and let you practice handles in the house without driving people crazy, so IMO it is money well spent. I like this one quite a bit and it was less expensive than the other we bourght and arrived much more quickly.

Title: Great if your kids want to get skilled at dribbling an egg
Review: Apparently these things are very hit or miss. The ball we got has been out of the shrinkwrap for many days and it still looks like an egg...completely lopsided. We've tried squeezing it into shape, sitting on it...you name it. The ball we have isn't practical for practicing dribbling in the house because the bounces are unpredictable and all over the place. We're going to have to try another brand.

Title: Slight Misconceptions
Review: This ball is not exactly silent more like the sound of you lightly jumping up and down on a carpet. Another important thing to note is how hair can get easily stuck in foam basketballs. If there is hair gently remove otherwise it will rip parts of the foam making it uneven. This will also not fit the regular indoor hoop, you may want to find out the diameter and get a hoop a little bit larger. Otherwise everything else will be fine if you are gentle with it.

Title: Doesn’t last long at all
Review: Within a month, all bball lines are gone and looks rough. Granted, it’s still silent and bounces, but neither brand we’ve tried lasted long. This one, however, does not flake all over the floor as it disintegrates.
