Title: Very Good Nasal Irrigation System
Review: This is a very good Nasal Irrigation system. It comes with salt packets needed to mix to the water for the system. It also has a button on the bottom to control the flow of water. The shape is different than a traditional Neti Pot. It is a bottle with a hooked spout, making it easier to control the flow of water. This version is only 300ml which is fine for me.The instructions are clear and easy to follow for first time users.Overall, I like this product.

Title: Easy to use and portable
Review: This item is a portable plastic neti pot with a 300ml reservoir. It comes with 2 nozzles, one for children and one for adults. Also included are 30 packs of 2.7g of nasal salt. Let's just say that nasal congestion is not your friend when you have a nasal pillow CPAP machine. You end up breathing through your mouth and wake up with a very dry throat. This is where the neti pot provides relief. It's pretty simple to use. You just put the contents of one 2.7g saline packet in the reservoir and add body temperature water. I used distilled water and warm it in the microwave. Remember around body temperature. I swish the liquid around to make sure the saline power has been dissolved. I turn the neti pot over and leaning forward I stick the nozzle in my nostril and push the water control button to start the flow and let the control go when I want to stop the flow. The saline water comes out the other nostril bringing embedded mucus and other stuff with it. Yuch!. You don't squeeze the bottle. You need to read and use the included instructions to make sure you are using the device correctly. I can't stress enough the importance of keeping everything sanitary at home and when you take it on the road. I think the price point is quite reasonable. I am very pleased with the neti pot product.

Title: Nice design, easy to use
Review: I've been a neti pot fan for years, ever since my doctor suggested I get one when I was having some sinus problems a while back. I had one of the more "teapot" designs before, but wanted to try out this rather unique looking design.Despite my uncertainty, it turns out to be much easier to use. I don't have to angle my head nearly so much; the angled design of the spout means the nasal rinse goes exactly where it needs to. All I had to do was just lean over the sink and relax. It took me a couple tries to realize the switch on the bottom isn't just operated by holding it down when you need to - it actually switches to an 'on' position and an 'off' position with a full press. That's really handy! Just make sure it's left in the 'off' position when you're done to prevent surprise water spills.

Title: Works well
Review: I like this neti pot squeeze bottle much better than my previous ones because this has the advantage of being at an angle so you are not having to crane your head and neck so much. I love these rinses. I find that it feels nice.

Title: Not a messy neti pot
Review: I first tried a neti pot...way to messy. Then I had a high end electric nasal irrigator...still to messy. This little gadget is great for using in the shower which I know might sound weird but it works so well. No muss no fuss. It's not like those squeeze bottles, instead it has a valve on the bottom that starts and stops the flow of water. Having the valve seems to make the flow more consistent than the neti pot or the squeeze bottles.

Title: Interesting design…
Review: I’ve used a couple different styles of neti pots and this one intrigued me. I have used the squeeze bottle type and the pour through style that requires you to tilt your head to the side to pour the solution through your sinuses. I found that the squeeze bottle type works best for me with chronic sinus issues. This one is interesting because it’s a hybrid of the two where you can use it upright like the squeeze bottle type, but it is a gravity feed of the solution like the pour through type. This one by GAILYUS comes with two different types of tips and 30 salt solution packs. I always use distilled water and warm the water slightly in the microwave for about 30 seconds to take off the chill.
