Title: Thick and Rich, unusual scent.
Review: Having tried and liked skin care products from /skin regimen/Lx before, I figured I couldn't go wrong with this Polypeptide Rich Cream from them.This cream is certainly more than I bargained for... It is very thick, too heavy for the daytime, but perfect as the last step in a skincare routine before bedtime. It is very luxurious to apply, so dense and creamy that it feels lovely going on... And then, at least for me, it felt heavy and slightly greasy. Patience here is required, it will eventually absorb and leave the skin feeling supple and soft.There is no added fragrance in the formulation, but there are a lot of perfuming ingredients in it. At least six of them known to be potential irritants to those with sensitive skin, like geraniol, linalool, and citronellol. The scent itself is complex, unique and a bit frustrating to me, only because I can't distinguish what it is... There is definitely some juniper mixed with floral, then some spiciness and then... It's crazy but to me it smells like a new baby doll, I guess I'm thinking latex somehow. Don't get me wrong, I actually like the scent alot, but it is highly unusual to me.Moving on, this cream has some lovely skin friendly ingredients, like shea butter, soybean oil, tocopherol, squalene, glycerin and ecotoin. That is a virtual powerhouse of ingredients meant to hydrate, soothe, diminish fine lines and repair and strengthen the moisture barrier. I have been using it for only a week, once nightly, and I'm already seeing a difference in the plumpness / firmness of my skin.Moreover it's a beautiful moisturizing cream with tons of helpful botanicals and other natural ingredients, but I do wish that it did not have so many perfuming extracts in it. This cream is currently selling at $109 for a 1.77 Oz jar. Considering the thoughtful formulation that is 98.3% natural origin ingredients and how well it is performing, I do find that price reasonable.

Title: Thick and rich
Review: This is a thick, rich cream - way too heavy a product for daytime usage - for me at least. I cannot stand anything feeling greasy on my skin through the day, and it often causes a few spots.So I’ve been using it as a night cream, and hoping that i won’t get any zits. It’s thick and rich - very luxurious feel to it, and i do like the faint scent. It smoothes into my skin nicely, but as i said - it feels a bit greasy, and does not instantly absorb. I can’t handle that feeling during the day, but night time, when I’m asleep, well we’ll see. So far so good, there have been no spots, pustules or blackheads. I’m not noticing any irritation or redness either. Skin feels plump, hydrated and moist.If i am supposed to be seeing a decrease in wrinkles, I’m not seeing anything as of yet, but it’s only been a little while of using it, and I’ve barely touched the contents - it doesnt take much to cover my face and neck. All in all, it’s pretty good, and as winter is upon us, with its awfully dry air, I suspect I’ll be enjoying using it even more.

Title: Pretty great
Review: I've been using this cream every night after my shower for about a week now, and I have to admit that I am very pleased with my initial impressions. Yes, this cream is very expensive. The size of the container is also quite small, but the cream doesn't require much quantity to go a long way. It has a nice creamy texture, and is actually very dense. With just a few spots on each cheek, a couple of spots on my chin, and a few on my forehead, I'm able to cover my entire face with a very modest amount. It spreads beautifully. I wouldn't say it's the fastest saturating cream I've ever used, but it does saturate nicely eventually, and has a very immediate moisturizing feel. The first time I put it on, I woke up the next morning with a beautiful complexion, and healthy looking skin. I was astonished to be perfectly honest, and couldn't believe what one application had created. I didn't want to judge it after one night, but every subsequent time that I've used it, I've had similar results. This cream does an excellent job at nourishing my facial skin, and smoothing out some of my aging. I'm in my mid 40s now, and this kind of cream is invaluable to maintaining a youthful look. I've had the opportunity of trying many different anti-aging creams, but from my initial experience with this one, I think I can confidently say that this cream is the real deal. Basically, it moisturizes beautifully, clears up my complexion, and smooths out my skin. It really did make me look younger. I'm usually very critical of these types of products, because they generally promise quite a bit, and under deliver. I can unequivocally say that this cream has so far performed miraculously. I only wish it weren't so expensive, but this is one cream that in my experience, may very well be worth the price. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Title: Nice cream - great quality
Review: This is a really nice cream. But I'm not sure it's worth the high-end price. Granted, I'm not an expert on expensive face creams. I can definitely say this is much nicer than the drug-store brands. The cream comes in a lovely little jar in a sage green box. It's labeled "step 03: treat", so if you love it you can look into what steps 01 and 02 are.The cream itself is a light pink color, with no discernable scent. I liked that, since if I'm going to have something on my face I don't want to have any overpowering smells to deal with. It's a thicker consistency than a regular moisturizing cream - it feels incredibly nice and smooth on your skin. It is not at all greasy, and absorbs into your skin easily and quickly.After using the cream, my skin had a "clean" feel to it. Any greasiness was gone, and it might be all in my head, but I really did feel a firming and toning feeling very soon after applying the cream. A little dab on your finger will be enough for under eyes and forehead. You'll probably want to use it sparingly, since it's definitely a higher priced luxury.
