Review: I have been a huge fan of Jamie Geller for a few years now. I have 3 little kids and business so i wanted quick easy and delicious recipes for my kids. I began watching her lives and recreating her food at home. Recently I saw that Brisket 101 was advertised and i was so excited I bought 6. 1 for myself and 5 to give as gifts for Passover. I just did 3 recipes and OMG it's soooooo yuuummmm! I have to say, I'm a very detailed person and Jamie really did an amazing job describing each step and amounts, including a beautiful photo of what it's supposed to look like.Trust me when I say, this book is perfect for home and perfect as a gift. Her recipes are very easy and kids love them.

Title: Wide variety of Wonderful brisket recipes
Review: Enjoyed the introductory instructions, finally realized that all steps do not apply to all recipes. the instructions need to specify that. The recipes should speak to a conventional oven, as well as a slow cooker.The brisket was lovely.

Title: Learn the ins and outs of cooking brisket
Review: This is an easy read with helpful instructions on cooking brisket, a cut of meat that can be really intimidating. Loved the silan brisket recipe inside, in fact my whole family did. I wanted to make some of the leftover brisket recipes inside the book, but because they loved it so much, I didn’t have any leftover. Good book if you want to learn the ins and outs of cooking brisket.

Title: Cookbook is a waste of money
Review: Cookbook is a waste of money. There’s no discription of where it’s found on beef or types of cuts in consumer terms. The types of cuts used in book I have never heard of where I live.BBQ sauce recipe the main ingredient is ketchup & will be the main flavor when used because of volume used. The target reader should be posted in description. I feel it is not written for the average America cook.
