Title: Better sleep with this little light!
Review: Ok so at first I was skeptical about this light. But after taking so much melatonin, I figured I would give it a try. It is a little expensive but the light really does work! Within the first week of use, my son was sleeping and hour or two more than he typically would. The red light is not very bright or annoying and it’s very practical in size and appearance. You really should try this light if you are trying to find a more natural way of sleeping better.

Title: Cute but didn’t work in my case
Review: Pros: the device is cute and the light is prettyCons: didn’t improve my sleep. I could find no published research saying that fading red light stimulates melatonin production.I returned it and got a red Loftie clock, which (for the same price) is also pretty, also has a red light, and has white noise and soothing wake up alarm functions to boot.

Title: Red light does not last all night !!
Review: I bought it but didn't like the fact the light goes away it should stay on the whole night 😡😡 will probably return it please update it through usb so the light stays on all night or at least 4 hrs light dims within 3 to 4 mins minutes and then goes away in less then 30mins and I'm still awake so i always have to press it twice or 3 times before i finally sleep because it keeps going away!! 😡😡

Title: I’d give Helight 10 stars if I could.
Review: It's a game changer. It’s Improved the quality of my sleep. I fall asleep faster. When I wake in the night it helps me fall asleep again quickly. There's a difference in my energy levels too. It took my friend longer to get results.Be patient. Use it nightly for a few weeks. The return policy allows you to use it for a while to get results. I love mine. This is my second one. Best gift ever!

Review: Impossible de s'en passer ici. Ça fonctionne vraiment et les rares fois ou je ne m'endors pas sur le premier cycle le deuxième est radical. J'espère que ça contrebalance la lumière bleu des écrans, en tout cas ça favorise bien le sommeil et c'est facile à trimballer, recharger, etc
