Title: Receiving new information, reflecting on it helped change behavior!
Review: Studying this book from Stella Loichot made me laugh at times (such a fun writer and oh so real), touched me deep about the humanity in it all and opened me up to learn about the importance of sleep. As a life long competitive, now aging athlete I want to give my body the best chance to recover and find ways what can still give me an edge. By learning of many different angles to improve sleep, I was able to design (the book is process driven) a plan of things I want to follow. This book has educated me, made me aware of all facet of sleep through scientific studies, stories from other people and their breakthroughs who got guidance from Loichot. I have a plan to keep excelling by embracing sleep fully. Strongly recommending this book - hope you are next to pick up this page turner and GUIDE for greater well-being and performance.

Title: Finally! A thoughtful approach to solve a frustrating problem!
Review: Let's face it - we all need help from time to time. How we receive that help defines how successful we will be in changing our ways. Sleep It Off is not another self-help book -- it is a gentle, yet persuasive reminder that we are capable of change.I had the good fortune of reading an advanced copy of Sleep It Off and I have to admit that I was slightly skeptical only because I felt there was nothing I could hear that would change my habits. What I learned is that it's not only WHAT I heard (read) but HOW the information was shared. The author speaks about scientific and medical topics with such normalcy that she helps the reader feel both understood and empowered. Title: Like Getting Advice from a Wise Friend
Review: This book is everything you could want from a "self-help" book as if it were written by a good friend. A friend that is an expert with incredible knowledge and deeply engaged with the topic but also going to give you the real-talk that you need to actually make changes. Sleep it Off is easy to read with the author's conversational style giving us tips and tricks along with solid research while telling her own story is so thoughtful and easy to read. The big idea I get from this is that sleep is highly underrated!! And, I can make it a bigger priority.If you are struggling with sleep or if you just know you need to make some changes for better sleep for your health and wellbeing, this book will help without judgement!

Title: Sleeping Better Already!
Review: What an eyeopening (or eye closing!) book!I thought I knew all there was to know about sleeping better, but I was so wrong. Stella provides some really simple quick ideas and some more involved ones too. I found myself with some a-ha moments and some really? moments with the things I learned. I can already see the positive impact on my sleep from the things I've implemented.Stella uses examples from her clients and from her own journey, which makes everything more accessible and understandable, and also backs it all up with science! This is a great combination from which to learn. And there's a workbook! You can dive in as deeply as you want on this which makes it super flexible as well.Enjoy! and sleep well! zzzz

Title: A must read!
Review: I have received an advance copy of the book for feedback and was hooked right away! I love the style, clear, matter-of-fact, but also light and funny, which is cool for a self-improvement book. Being able to read the personal story of the author and how she has struggled with sleep is a great motivator for me and it makes the whole thing more approachable and relatable. I didn’t know that sleep could have such a huge influence on metabolism and muscle mass and I am really eager to use what I have learned to optimize my fitness level. Having so many real-life examples really helps in finding ways to make small changes in my own lifestyle. Also, the worksheets are a great way to stay accountable!Enjoy and sleep well!

Title: A step by step process from the expert
Review: I love this book so much because, even after working on my own sleep for many years, things have changed and I was again facing some sleeplessness nights. It was frustrating because I am a person who needs to be well-rested to be at my best. With the help of Stella's book, by going step by step through the process, I have figured out the few things I needed to change for that full night's sleep that I crave. Her book is unlike any of the others I have read because it's interactive. She has so many things to try because of her coaching expertise. I am so grateful for Stella's guidance here, I didn't even know I was sleep deprived until I started sleeping better. Now I have more energy for the whole day instead of burning out and turning to more caffeine.

Review: The book “Sleep it off” is extremely well documented, as the impressive bibliography shows, and despite the density and depth of the text, it is still easy to read. The small inserts “Did you know?” and “Storytimes” create informative fun breaks and the scientific explanations are interwoven with tales from the author’s life. This helps the reader reflect on their own life experience. The writing style is empathetic and encouraging for anybody who wants to act on their sleeping problems. The working sheets are well designed, easy to use, and the goals for using them are well explained. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this book for anybody who wants to learn about sleep to improve their health.

Review: Acheté et lu en anglais mais c'est abordable. Après avoir commencé il y'a quelques années à prendre ma santé en main avec un suivi de ma nutrition et plus d'exercice, je pensais que la composante sommeil (qui est très importante dans les entraînements en musculation) était maîtrisée. Après avoir lu le livre de Stella, j'ai découvert que tel Jean Neige je ne savais rien ! La gestion de la Mélatonine, l'accumulation de la fatigue, tout ça s'est mis à me parler.... Heureusement qu'un plan clair, précis, avec des étapes est proposé. La partie Jet Lag va bien m'aider aussi.Si vous avez des problèmes de sommeil ou si vous voulez prendre vraiment votre santé à bras le corps, ce livre est un Must Read !
