Title: Excellent quality and maintains shape over the long haul
Review: I have had this pillow for over a year and have been very happy with the purchase. I have had two back surgeries, the last being on a disc at the base of my throat. This pillow has not only helped me with back discomfort but also has helped with my sleep apnea because one side of it positions your head to help open your airway. I find the pillow cool, unlike traditional pillows and I typically use both sides depending upon several factors because each side has a different shape/benefit. After a year of using this daily the shape of the pillow is exactly the same as the day it arrived.

Title: Not quite the relief I had hoped for.
Review: Does this pillow live up to it's claims... kinda?It's comfortable, and can work. But not for me. Which is a shame, because for the most part it's not a bad product.But my neck actually had increased stress while laying on my side and trying to use this pillow. It wasn't "tall" enough to reach my head and caused my head to tile and put an additional strain on my neck/shoulder. Sleeping on my back is better, but the contour cocks my head back enough that I tend to snore(not sure if it's more or less - the wife couldn't tell - she just left the room 🙁 ).I've had this pillow for a few months now and while I don't hate it, I don't love it either and I am looking to replace it soon. Regardless, give it try, it might work for you, just don't forget YOU CAN return it if you're unhappy with it. I just waited too long and tried to hard to "see" it would work out.

Title: Head and neck support
Review: I ordered this pillow as a last ditch effort to sleep better. Now is this pillow the ultimate of all pillows? I can't answer that but for me it's what I was looking for. I actually started dreaming again because I'm actually sleeping right again. I don't know if anyone will agree with me and that's fine but you should try it before you reject it. Send it back if it doesn't work. It worked for me, so I bought another one for my wife. It's comfortable, cradles my head, supports my neck and I sleep more sound.... I'm sold

Review: For the last week or so, I’ve been waking up with a stiff neck. It hurts when I turn sideways and it was uncomfortable. I’m glad I bought this pillow. It was amazing to wake up from a good sleep and no stiff neck! I like how it ergonomically fit the curvature of my neck. It really gives the support my neck needs. Review: This pillow arrived quickly and overall seems like pretty good quality. It did smell a bit weird out of the package, but I’m sure it will go away after washing its cover.The memory foam supports my head and neck well. It is a fairly thick pillow and works well for me for both sleeping on my back and on my side.

Review: I ordered one thinking its a good pillow for my neck problem, but it was very soft and feels like normal pillow.. it has some strong bad smell on it as well.. i returned it, and they took it dec 10, until now theyre not giving the refund on my bank.. i called the amazon customer service and they even contacted the merchant about the refund, till now they are not responding about my refund complaint. What is this??? I wont have to return your item if it was good in the first place.. now i return and its giving me another problem.. i dont really recommend buying this item.. so disappointed..
