Title: Sleep Device doesn't work, not even a buzzz.
Review: This sleep device doesn't work! This was a Christmas gift to a dear friend who has anxiety and difficulty sleeping. We charged the device, waited for it to work and it didn't, not even a buzz. I had to get a refund. So I push the button FRAUD, because the advertising on this device states all these wonderful things, then you pay a lot of money for it, then the product doesn't work and then they tell you it is non-refundable. So, my dear friend has a gift that is defective, I am out a lot of money, and the seller has the money. So, I push the button on FRAUD and was able to get a representative. Who gave me a complete refund, very quickly. If you are reading this, please be warned, I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Title: Second Purchase - I love this device.
Review: This is my second chill pill device. I had my first one for a year or so and I absolutely love it for falling asleep. After reading the negative reviews, I really wanted to provide my positive review for anyone who feels discouraged.It definitely takes a little time to get used it. The simple fact is some people may not like the feeling. My significant other compared it to a trick gum zapper - to which I disagree. I did adapt to the buzz pretty quickly. It also is not always noticeable depending on the placement on your hand vs the intensity you have it at. I find I do not like high intensity but therefore need it placed in a particular spot in my hand to feel the pulses.I have anxiety attacks and difficulties sleeping. I find the pulsing to be relaxing and distracting from the body reactions i have as a result of my anxiety. Sometimes it doesn’t help if I’m too focused on my mental state - but this is device isn’t a fix all therapy. It is an amazing tool for refocusing and centering yourself.I primarily use this device for sleeping. Every night - assuming I haven’t lost in under the bed - it acts like counting sheep for me. I’ve gotten to a point where it’s always still in my hand when I wake up and I will turn the device back on when I wake up throughout the night. It’s calming and helps me drift off to sleep pretty easily. I draw a lot of comfort from this device - I highly suggest trying it if you’re looking for a tool to help calm and refocus yourself.It charges quickly and last weeks before needing recharging!

Title: Doesnt work and not refundable
Review: This product worked for about 5 minutes. I charged and used the device as directed. The problem is that it quit working after about five minutes. I have tried several times so this wasn't a one off.The product is not refundable and the price is outrageous. This was a gift from my husband as he knows I have a real problem sleeping. I still have a problem sleeping. This product is not worth it and the fact that it is not refundable should have been a huge red flag. Not recommended.

Title: You will not feel NOTHING
Review: I have a severe problem going to sleep and staying asleep so when I saw the chill pill I immediately ordered it because I'm 64 years of age and I have been dealing with this ever since I was probably 19 years old and I have other medical issues so I jumped at the chance to get some rest without taking another pill. I got the chill pill and read the instructions and tried it the same night and I felt NOTHING so I tried putting on a different hand and again nothing so I tried to return it and was told that it couldn't be returned because of the oils in the machine but Amazon knew that it had oils in it when it was mailed to me but because it has the same oil in it when they mail it. The representative that I spoke with told me to contact the chill pill company for assistance and I have sent several contacts but no one has touch base with me. I'm not giving up because I would be very thankful if someone can help me get it to work but if no one can help me get this thing to work just give me my money so I can try something else. I give this item a -0 because it doesn't work.

Title: User friendly device that fits on your night stand or under your pillow ready to help you sleep.
Review: I have used this device for three weeks to help with falling back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. The device is easy to turn on as the power button and adjustment buttons are illuminated. It has been very effective in helping me get back to sleep in less than 10 mins. Once you have found your just right setting you have all you need in the palm of your hand to drift back asleep. I have added this wonderful little device to my sleep routine as an effective sleep tool to calm my spinning thoughts back to blissful sleep!

Title: Does not work as advertised, is not returnable
Review: It seemed to work the first night I used it, but not with regularity successive nights. It is difficult to feel the sensation and it's a little stressful trying to get it to connect to your pressure points. I found the thumb pad to be better than the palm center. It is difficult to use; The buttons are hard to find and do not line up with the lights. Their website advertises "Fall Asleep Fast or Your Money Back!" and their shopping cart says: 60-day money back guarantee valid for all customers with the return of their device in brand new condition. Free return postage only valid for US-based customers, but Amazon won't take it back.

Title: Odd lil creation
Review: So I bought this for my mom as a gift. It’s a real oddity. Unique in premise, not so great in execution. When we first tried it, it zapped us pretty harshly. We were able to adjust the intensity but the “pulsation” that I believe they were striving to achieve was more like a mini electric shock. In the palm of your hand, it simply isn’t pleasant. Mom tried using this for over a week. She ended up staying up longer because the sensation wasn’t pleasant to her. All good intentions with this one, and I understand the philosophy behind it. I just don’t think the desired outcome was achieved here. Keep trying, just not there yet.
