Review: I have tried so many different sleep aid products and none could help me go back to sleep, until I tried this. I think the first night I tried it, I slept 10 hours, which is 3 longer than usual. If I did briefly wake up, I could go back to sleep without an issue. I feel well rested and not groggy at all. Title: Sleepy pill
Review: I have tried everything you could think of in sleep medication this is the best you can get over the counter that's not prescription strong. I suffer from insomnia and I have taken prescription medication before to put me to sleep but it would always make me feel sleepy the next day. Since I've started taking this it's helped a lot and I really like it because it's just enough to put me to sleep but not too much to make me out of it the next day. I highly recommend they are small and easy to take and it usually only takes me 30 minutes to fall asleep after taking it.

Title: Works, but requires work?
Review: Good for sleeping, I take one before I want to crash, and I'm usually yawning around an hour later.Dreams aren't as weird as they are when I take melatonin. That isn't a positive or a negative per se, it's just an observation. (I like weird dreams for the most part, but it's nice to have a break)My only real complaint about these, is the packaging.I have yet to remove one of the pills from the blister packs easily.I've broken several trying to get them out.I've taken to using a knife to get them out lately, and that's just ridiculous.For the record, I'm mid 50's, in good shape with strong fingers and above average dexterity.I think they are meant to be peeled open from a corner?But no corner is pre-creased, so I'm not sure.You can't push them through the backing though, so peeling the backing has to be the way.I can usually peel about half the backing off, then it tears, and that's after trying to get a corner free for awhile.It's dumb.Other than that, they are good.I won't be buying them again, I'll either get the gel caps (which are normal removal difficulty level) or the liquid.All 3 work the same, this version for whatever reason is just an aggravating pain to extract.Live and learn I guess.Anyway, hope that helps, and hope you get a good night's sleep.

Title: This Really works!!!!
Review: This product really works about 30 minutes or so after taking it, I get drowsy and start falling a sleep. After I'm a sleep I am able to wake up and go use the restroom in the middle of the night then fall right back to sleep afterwards. People that have sleep Insomnia or can't get back to sleep after waking up, or can't switch off their mind during the night that keeps them from have a restful night's sleep....need to use this product!! Only draw back I've noticed while taking this product, is that in the morning when I do need to get up and moving... I feel a little drowsy, maybe I should only take half a pill instead of one whole pill. Anyway the morning drowsiness usually goes away quickly when I get up and move around, take my shower and drink my cup of coffee then I am kicking and ready to go for the day. The only other draw back is how it's packaged, it's a little hard to get out of it individual package. I guess that's a safety feature, so really that's No Biggie for me, but it may be for others. But over all this is a Great product to help one get a good nights sleep. It's a small pill that packs a huge punch, so take with caution, and test what works best for you a half of pill or one whole pill, please do not take no more then one pill per night there are risk in taking this....so use caution and speak to your doctor first before taking any medication and especially if you have any health issues. I care for everyone out there so please use good judgement and be safe first and foremost. So in saying this, I would highly recommend this product.
