Title: This is the second set I’ve bought from Surefit
Review: Many years ago I bought a set of this same cover- they finally gave up on me. Here’s round two and I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase. Tips and tricks to make it looks smooth. When your cover arrives take a spray bottle and damp all around, throw it in the dryer for 20 minutes. Then adjust the cover to your couch. You will still see wrinkles but by putting the cover in the dryer you have now relaxed them. Here’s where the labor of love comes in. Once you have the cover on your couch take a hot iron and spray bottle. Spray each section slowly and iron it out. It’s a bit of a hassle but the results are awesome.

Title: Attractive if not used and useful either way
Review: We got this to protect our sofa from sticky niblings; we had looked into waterproof furniture covers, but the waterproof interiors all seem like they fail easily, so we went with this as a thicker than normal option.Pros:- Machine washable- Does protect furniture underneath from smudges and light spills- Looks pretty nice when first put on- This "heavyweight" version is thicker than their regular cotton duck covers- "Relaxed" fit means it fits most sofasCons:- Not waterproof (and not advertised to be) and not super thick; if someone spills a whole glass of grape juice on this, it will likely go through- Doesn't stay nicely tucked in when actually used (photo shows the couch after someone sat on one side but not the other - and this was a polite adult, not an antsy kid)- "Relaxed" fit means it's not form fitting - there are going to be areas where it sags or pulls weirdlyIt worked for us enough that we got another for the matching chair, although it would be great if the fabric were even thicker.

Title: This cover is not for a tight seat sofa
Review: What is a tight seat sofa? It is a sofa that is constructed with a single seat cushion sewn in.I bought this sofa cover 4 months ago and already it is torn. The elastic that’s supposed to go in between the back and seat cushion does not work with a tight seat sofa.So while I liked the relaxed look, that it kept pet hair off my new sofa and it washed well, it is useless to me know because it has 7-10 inch rip right above the elastic on one side.I am so disappointed that I threw it in the trash before taking pictures. I wish I could get my money back for it though.I have no clue why Surefit even uses elastic in their covers and/or offers only ONE style of sofa cover. If they sold sofa covers that fit tight seat sofas, I’d buy it because the heavy duty cotton canvas material is fantastic.

Title: Not heavy weight canvas
Review: Packaging calls it ‘Duck” not heavy weight canvas or even Heavyweight Duck . I paid more than for the plain Duck sofa slipcover so expected it to be heavy weight . Im so disappointed . I have had many surefit heavy weight Duck slipcovers . They are great . Warning : third party seller is hard to deal with . Not easy to drop off at Amazon drop offFacility . Must crest a shipping label . .

Review: Bought this to protect my sofa from our dogs.Pros - Thick and durable fabric.Con- shrinks easily when washed (worked out as the cover was initially too large), stains easily from dirt, etc. Wrinkles easily.Overall, good for the price.

Review: I ordered this along with with quilted protector that I used under the surefit to ensure that my cats claws would not scratchmy leather sofa when jumping on the back or arms.The quilt covers available do not cover the entire my entire sofa so I ordered this to cover everything and the quilt provides extra protection on the higher traffic spots.The cover needed ironing before installing but looked good once done. It fits my tuxedo style sofa well once all tucked in.

Review: This is a good quality cover. Our sofa is oversize so it's a bit tight but does the job. If you want the thick material make sure you order 'sailcloth'. I ordered the chair cover from the same company from Wayfair but it's thinner so the dark colour of our sofa shows through a bit. That one was labelled 'cotton duck'.
