Title: Feels like a hug for your feet
Review: I spend at least 8 hours a day at the office, and the first thing I do when I get into my office is change into slippers. The old pair that I had got worn out, so I set out to search for a better pair with a good sole (the older pair was a bit slippery, and I almost went flying quite a few times). After searching and searching, I found these.My criteria:- A solid rubber/non-slip sole- A back lip, so my feet don't slide out easily- Soft cushioning to stay comfortable in all day- All black (this is just a preference, because I prefer a neutral color to slip into with any outfit). I only include this because I found that adding this to my search criteria limited the results significantly.How these slippers turned out:- The sole is thick, solid, and a bit heavy. I actually appreciate the weight on the shoe, because they won't flop around like many other slippers do.- The back lip is just thick enough to hug your feet, but not too thick that it feels uncomfortable.- The cushioning. OH THE CUSHIONING. I slipped my feet into these puppies and I felt like they were hugging my feet like they loved me and wanted the best for me. I have slightly wide feet (skinny overall, but wide from side to side), and these slippers wrapped around my feet just right, without making them feel suffocated or stuffy.A couple of other things to keep in mind:- These slippers are THICK. If your feet get hot easily, these might not be the ones for you.- As many of the other reviews state, these do run a bit small. I wear 8.5 in just about every shoe, but these (I bought the L size) feel like they're just about 2 millimeters too short. I do think that they might fit perfectly over time, though, because the cushioning will form to my feet a bit, and it'll be less puffy than it is, now. Still, given the fact that the large size is for sizes 8.5-9, I'd say that they still do run a little small. I say order one full size up, just to be safe.Overall, even with the size issue (the reason for the one missing star), I do love how they feel and they're exactly what I was looking for!** EDIT, MONTHS LATER:I am now updating this review, and adding the 5th star. As I had suspected, wearing them around for a bit has molded the cushioning to my feet wonderfully, and the "slightly small" feeling is gone, as the lip on the back of the slipper now cups my heel perfectly. I've worn these shoes almost every day, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, for several months now and I am SO glad that I found them.If my review has helped you in any way, please let me know, or hit "Yes" under this review. Title: So comfortable!
Review: These are nice and cozy slippers. I normally wear a size 7, but after reading reviews, I ordered a size up and so happy I did. They also have a pretty good arch support which I need.

Title: Size runs very small. I suggest going up two sizes
Review: I knew they were sized small as ordered my size and returned them once. I wear size 7 and naturally ordered size 6.5 to 7. I returned them because they were too small in length. I got the next size up and they fit very snug and my feet alsmot bung out of them yet again . I feel I should have gone two sizes up for them to fit. The quality is very good and sturdy. They look very durable and nice and simple. The memory foam is very comfortable. The warmth is perfect without being too hot. I am hoping they have some stretchability after a while and my heels won’t almost be hanging out .

Title: Nice and soft, tight length
Review: I loved how pretty and soft the materials are. I need them for standing at my desk at home. The slippers are very tight if you wear socks. And it seems like the footbed is a bit short. Maybe I needed to break them in before standing for a while, but I can feel the back edge of the footbed while I am standing. If I had tried them before buying, I would never have picked them. They have no arch support. But, they are overall a pretty and plush pair of slippers. Someone who has a shorter size 8 1/2 foot might like these a lot. Perhaps the 'size' of the slipper is approximate and the amount of padding foreshortens the length a bit.Update 1/22/24 I found my older slippers and compared the base. My U.S.sketchers brand slippers are a full 3/4 inches longer than this Isotoner model. So, though they say British size 7 and 8.5 - 9 U.S. size, I truly think these are closer to a 7.5 US size.

Title: Mostly fine
Review: I've had these house shoes for about a year and a half. I got them for $15, so I suppose I got my money's worth. The sole is nonslip and excellent. They are comfortable and warm. The upper is very soft, so it stretches out over time, making them too loose. Even after machine washing and drying, they don't shrink back to the original snugness. I ended up adding fluffy insoles to make them more snug again so they don't just fall off my feet. Today, I will throw them out. The upper fabric is rather delicate, and the big toe areas have worn thin. As someone who prefers to keep house shoes for at least five years, I likely will not purchase these again. A year and half of wear is almost "disposable" to me, and I'm trying to keep things out of the landfill as long as possible.

Review: Very happy with this slipper. I've tried others that made my feet sweat (yuck) and others that stained and looked gross in no time. The slippers hold up well and don't show every bit of dirt or dog hair. They come in great colours, too. They are comfortable and they wash up perfect in the washing machine. I buy two pair and swap them out every week and this serves me well. Does fit a tad on the small side as far as length is concerned. The lip on the back end tends to get flattened by my feet, but I don't care. If you have wide width feet these will fit. As with any slipper or shoe they fit tight at first but will loosen up with wear and be very comfortable. Can't beat the price either ($25). This is a recurring buy for me.
