Title: A gem of a find!
Review: This cookbook is an absolute gem and a wonderful addition to my collection! There's something for everyone, the instructions are clear, and everything is easy to make. A a woman that was recently diagnosed with lupus, I have had to change my eating habits to be anti-inflammatory so that I have less problems. I use this for meal prep for my lunches to take to work as well as dinners for my family to come home to in the evening. This is a must have for anyone that is looking for a good group of recipes!

Title: Good recipes but lack of recipe pictures
Review: The recipe's in the cookbook seem very well done but I am a visual person and had I been looking at the cookbook in the store, I would have put it back on the shelf......simply because it doesn't have a picture of each recipe. One picture per category is not for me. In my opinion, this cookbook would be perfect had it had a picture of each recipe. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. The cookbook is very well done and easy to read and for a nonvisual person, it would be perfect.

Title: NOT for Type 1 Diabetics.
Review: I'm sure this is a good cookbook for normal people. However, if you are Type1 or even Type2 this will not help you. The carbs on many recipes are, well, ridiculous! In the 50's, 80's, and I saw one with more than 90 carbs per serving! And cashews...that's definitely not anti-inflammatory...they are part of the poison ivy family. But, like I said, for normal people it's probably okay. Too much hassle to return it. I'll give it to someone who isn't diabetic.

Review: Easy and quick to put together recipes, that are satisfying and healthy! I do agree with some reviewers regarding cooking times being too long. Some ingredients are just not meant to be cooked for 7 to 8 hours (quinoa, ground meats). I adjusted my cooking times, but not a big deal. I look forward to making many of the recipes in this cook book! Nice illustrations through out.
