Title: Works as advertised, straightforward DIY installation
Review: Only 2 days in, but it's working as it should for me and 2 others in my household.The app is a homerun but I was disappointed it doesn't work with Google Home, however it does work with Alexa which I don't use). The app (for Apple and/or Android) makes it very simple to add a user with several easy options (more on that below)... The app tracks every user's unique lock/unlock of the door within a log. The app also allows the lock to be set to auto-lock after entering/exiting (or you can disable this feature) which has worked flawlessly these first 2 days.Installation was straightforward as a DIY, however I did have to take a couple extra steps to ensure the deadbolt slid into the door jamb (through the strike plate) without interference/obstruction as it wasn't doing so originally, which is to be expected for some. I simply used a spade drill bit to deepen the hole and to offset it slightly to align with the deadbolt. This was the toughest part of the install'n but still quite easy overall. I also had to remove the weatherstripping around my front door so that my door would close tighter and without pressure in order to allow the deadbolt to slide and lock freely. I'll try to use a thinner weatherstrip mat'l soon.The codes were easy to program within the app and worked flawlessly (love that you can hit wrong numbers before or after your actual code to fool would-be watchers. It's easy to add/invite a user through the app (by email) and you can make them either an Admin. (with rights to add other users) or make them a Normal user, and you have the option of creating a passcode for them or they can create their own code and fingerprints. There's also "temp. user(s)" available to be assigned for people you want to grant temporary access.I especially like there's both Bluetooth and wifi. WiFi setup was easy. If WiFi doesn't work for you at first, be sure to remove the 4 (AA) batteries and reinstall them. It worked perfect for me after this. You must also be sure to connect to your 2.4Ghz network, which may not be understood by everyone but is easy to do and most probably will without even knowing it.

The anti-peep keypad is another excellent feature, offering peace of mind when entering passcodes in public. I’ve also found the remote access via the app to be incredibly convenient, allowing me to manage access for family members and guests even when I’m not at home.The lock integrates smoothly with both Alexa and Google Assistant, which adds another layer of convenience. The backup mechanical key and the option to use a power bank in case the batteries run out are thoughtful fail-safes that add to the overall reliability.I appreciate the customer service I received during the replacement process, and I’m happy to report that the new lock is performing perfectly. Title: Dead Batteries
Review: I have purchased a couple of these locks for clients and have had no issues. The latest lock I installed worked fine for 24 hours and it went dead. Turns out my client wanted to give access to cleaning lady and the lock had no response and the lights on the keypad did not respond. I had to call a locksmith to open the door lock only to find out the batteries that came in the box did not work. I installed new Duracell batteries and the lock works perfect and remotely. I would recommend to have new brand batteries installed at the first installation.

Title: Great locks, Great Service
Review: I recently bought my 7th lock from U-Tec. this last one, I the dead-bolt mechanism was sticking just enough that the motor thought there was an obstruction. Contacted U-Tec via web form and got a response that evening. In short, once confirmed it was a mechanical deficiency, they sent me a replacement in about two days. The I made a user-error setting up the lock in the app and called customer service and Mariam was able to help me identify the issues and steps to correct. She even stayed on the phone with me while I went through steps to get the newest lock connected with my app. Truly great service from start to finish. I have been extremely satisfied with the U-Tec line and recommend to anyone looking to add smart locks to their home.

Title: Outstanding service
Review: I bought two Ultraloq U-bot for my front door and security door. I set it up on U-home app, and could link to Google assistant. When I first set it up, I found one lock had problem connecting wi-fi. I called the U-tec, they immediately responded, and they updated the firmware. Another time, I found the lock consumed battery quickly, I called them, and they responded immediately. They sent me new parts of the inside part of the lock, and informed me that the locks have life time warranty. It's a very nice feature, by replacing only the inside part, I don't need to change the key. The support people are so nice, professional. I'm so happy bought this lock.

Review: I'm very happy with this smart lock! I initially had some issues with the actual deadbolt piece but U-tec's support has been fantastic. They're fast and easy to get a hold of on the phone, offer helpful advice to work through the issue, and will glafly send replacement parts if needed.The deadbolt that came in the box was very tight and binding up hard every time I would unlock it, but the new one was perfect. Due to some glitch in their shipping center, it took a little longer than necessary to receive the replacement deadbolt, but I eventually got it and the swapping it out was easy.

Review: I bought 5 of these locks. The first 3 never worked 100% as they took forever for the app to connect but it worked somewhat. But the last 2 locks, I have no idea what happened to the quality. Takes up to 30 seconds to connect to the app to finally unlock form the phone and the fingerprint sensor keeps showing error no matter what angle i put my finger at. AND... the lock seems to have broke physically, it is literally jamming 80% of thee way and won't lock fully. For $200+ I expected a bit better than this.EDIT:Customer service is great. They sent a new lock and the issue is resolved

Review: Funciona muy bien. Lo mejor es que funciona con las huellas dactilares ya que es algo muy muy practico. La apertura automatica por bluetooth (por cercania) no siempre me funciona como me gustaria, pero la verdad es que tampoco es algo tan critico si funcionan las huellas. Agregar personas es muy sencillo tambien. Super recomendable.

Review: Muito boa mas não consegui sincronizar de outro bairro por exemplo (era o que eu mais queria para poder controlar o acesso de longe). Para usar a fechadura pelo celular tem que estar ao lado da porta (não faz sentido pra mim).
