Title: Apple Watch convert. Oura 4 is great
Review: I’m a former Apple Watch user and hated wearing the watch as I prefer a more traditional watch. Apple Watch battery life always caused me to miss sleep patterns and it always needed charging in 24 hours. It’s not for me and I also didn’t like working out with a watch on. I ended up rarely wearing the watchAfter fitting for the ring I went with the stealth black. The battery life has been great and so far I’m getting 7 days. It accurately tracks heart rate and sleep, which were my biggest needs but I love that I can wear it for a week straight without charging. It’s tracks way more like recovery, sleep cycles and vo2 and frankly I’m getting way more out of the ring than I expected. I also wear it when I workout including weights and it’s been unnoticeable to me unlike the Apple Watch.I love the simplicity of a ring and I’m a full convert.As for the monthly fee that some people seem to be mad about, I’m sure there are apps fees most of us are paying for other things but this fee is cheap for what it is. It’s your health after all and it’s worth it. They are also constantly improving the app and older versions of the ring work with these updates. I’m more than happy paying this fee as it’s going to improvements in health metrics (and I’m sure some profits) but it’s worth it to me because the app is very insightful and beyond my expectations.Durabilty also seems great. I’ve showered with it and worked out with barbell right on it and so far there are no scratchesAs for things I wish it had -The charger is meant for the ring size you buy so you are very limited in charging if you don’t have it. If you lose it you got problems. It’s not ideal but i also don’t know what could be done hereThere is no portable charger and it feels like a big need. I wish it had an AirPod like charging case for travel. I travel for 2-3 weeks at a time and sure wish I had a portable charger I could get a couple recharges from. They have to be working on this as it seems like a no brainerThe silver interior with stealth black I wish was all black but it’s not really noticeable. Not a bud deal

Title: Anticlimactic
Review: As someone who owned the GEN three, I have to say the newest one is quite a disappointment. There were a couple things I did like about the newest one. It is definitely much lighter in weight and I do like how the sensors are recessed. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing I liked about it. Mine did arrive with fingerprints all over it along with either scratches on the bottom or something stuck inside the coding. Either way for a $500 price tag that is just unacceptable. My biggest complaint however is how the rose gold looks nothing like the GEN three whatsoever. I expected some difference in the coding of course, but this essentially looks straight up gold. I’ve heard from other people the newest gold coding is almost bronze and unappealing. Or as a rose gold comes off like a dirty gold. That is unfortunately accurate. Is also misleading based upon the photos on ouras Website they definitely enhanced the color because I was expecting a beautiful rose pink light color like the current one I have from the previous generation. And it was nothing like that. It honestly just looked cheap. Sadly it’s going back.

Title: BEST Health Purchase of the Year
Review: First of all, I love it, and I never leave reviews. But this needs justice. It looks like a regular ring; nobody would be able to tell the difference. The sleep tracking is super accurate, showing REM, light, and deep sleep, plus heart rate and temperature. The subscription is $6 a month, which is completely worth it in my opinion. You get detailed info on stress, recovery, and even tips for staying in sync with your body’s natural rhythm. It’s lightweight, water-resistant, and comfy enough to wear 24/7. I never take it off. It charges extremely fast, and the battery life is amazing—I only charge mine once a week. I check the app every day. It provides long-term trends and short-term data, all while giving you health advice to help you along the way. It’s super interesting. I tried to include some of the data it captures, but there’s so much to it. If you care about your wellness, this ring is definitely worth it! Everyone should have one.

Title: Opinion has changed…
Review: 10/25/2024- Everything I said good about this still rings true however the shoppers remorse has kicked in and if I’m being honest to myself (and you) it’s not worth the $500 price. I keep looking for something this does that my Apple Watch doesn’t and I can’t find one. With that being said I do think this ring is more accurate with counting steps but still not worth $500. If you don’t have a smart watch yet then maybe this is a good route but not necessary when you already have one.Apple health can track your temperature and cycle now as well so my main reason in purchasing just doesn’t seem relevant Anymore. I do highly enjoy the app and visuals!!Old review- I just got this today but I already prefer it so much more than a smart watch. It takes a week of wear to get certain details but I’m so excited to continue using it. My main focus was for fertility tracking and get to understand my body/stress better. The insight after day one is well worth it. Very accurate so far and the fit is great. Versatile enough that I can wear it on a few different fingers too. Typically a size 6 and I ordered a size 9.

Review: El anillo 4 ha resultado pesimo. La bateria no dura ni de cerca lo que promete. El tamaño no es igual y no queda igual. Y a mucha gente se le ha salido el 'gasket' del anillo (lo pueden encontrar en reddit). Tengo la generacion 3 y puedo decir que no vale la pena esta nueva version 4 para nada. Lo peor es que devolví el anillo hace días. Ya les llegó y no procesan el reembolso. Qué está pasando? Me dicen que demora en llegar a mi tarjeta, pero está muy claro que es que no se ha hecho el reembolso. No lo han devuelto. Aun tienen mi dinero. Tomen en cuenta todo esto si han pensado en comprar este anillo.
