How to add a sport mode?

Open VeryFit app to connect your watch to Bluetooth - Click "Device" - Tap "More Settings" - Click "Sports Type" - Click the "E" button in the upper right corner - Click "Add" and "e"button - choose the sport mode you want.

Why are my measurements inaccurate?

We recommend that you check whether the personal info entered in the VeryFit app is correct (such as height/weight/gender).

Please wear the smart watch correctly, keep your arm flat and still,make sure the device fits the skin of your wrist.
