Title: heavy, beautifully constructed
Review: This press is just what I wanted, it reminds me of the cook wear that I use to see in my Grand Mothers kitchen; the press is well built and meant to last for decades. Review: This is a nice weight for holding down buns or making a Smashburger. I think it will be great for paninis and Cuban sandwiches. My only wish is that it would come already well seasoned. But we are happy with this purchase.
