Title: perfect for making smash burgers
Review: This is the perfect leverage for smash burgers. So much better than 2 spatulas. it's a great addition to my Blackstone grill. I haven't tried using it in a frying pan on the stove, but I imagine it would be fine if you smashed your burgers on parchment paper on the countertop and then put them in the pan. I wouldn't want to try to smash burgers on a glass cooktop. But maybe I'm just overly cautious. It's also super easy to clean. I am very happy with this item.
