Title: Perfection.
Review: Got this today. Don't know how it could be anymore perfect. Sturdy stainless steel. Super easy to clean. Heavy enough for any task, such as burger smashing or bacon weighting. I looked at several including heavy cast iron. Don't really see the purpose of a much heavier weight, but maybe others do. I didn't want the hassle of cast iron for this particular task. I've got a ton of other cast iron which I love and I'm happy to keep seasoned and perfect. Not this. I just wanted this to be easy and super effective. Which it is. Great price. Great product. Big thank you!

Title: Great Smasher!
Review: This is a well built cooking implement. I have frozen premade burger pucks about 3 inches wide. After defrosting I butter the griddle, drop on the pucks and a square of parchment and smash them out with this thing moving from puck to puck. Very strong and stable and works great. After you lift the smasher and the parchment and season the burger. Cook the crust side, flip, quick sear and serve. Also works great from fresh rolled ground beef balls. When done with the meal, easily goes in the dishwasher with the other dirty dishes. Easy peasy.

Review: Who knows more about how to make a Smashburger than Smashburger Founder Tom Ryan? Check out his YouTube video showing how to make a Smashburger. This tool isn't exactly the same as the tool Tom uses, but his tool is patent pending and this EPPARN tool smashes the burger perfectly to make the Smashburger.We bought the 6.3" round version of this tool, and it is all that it is advertised to be. It is sturdy, functional, and easy to clean. There are many versions of this tool. One feature that sets the EPPARN version apart from others is that the smash surface, the support sides, and the handle are all formed, and laser welded together to make one solid tool that prohibits food and bacteria from finding seams and crevices to get stuck in and makes cleaning difficult. This tool is easy to clean and dishwasher friendly.

Review: The EPPARN Burger Press made perfect smashed burgers. It was easy to use in a frying pan. The diameter of the press was big enough to to make a round patty of equal thicknesses with a single press. The simple design using stainless steel made it very easy to clean. A great kitchen tool at a very reasonable price.
