Title: Great but no customer service.
Review: Grills / Bakes / Smokes… But when set up in this smoker configuration, the bottom tray does not fit as it is pictured in the instruction manual (see my photos). It is not critical as there’s nothing going on in that area when set-up for this application.However, it came with some Customer Service contact information but they do not respond to emails or calls.It does an amazing job minus the parts not all fitting correctly.

Title: Hard to add charcoal
Review: Smokes very good but when needing to add charcoal to the bottom unit the drawer sticks and hard to control.
