Title: Installation is a little difficult.
Review: I had the hardest time with the screws for this grill. The holes were a bit too small for the provide screws. Especially for the handle. The screws ended up stripping. Other than that, it's a well made grill. It's very sturdy, and works as expected. The start up instructions were clear, but the process took a long time. So be prepared to spend that amount of time the first you use it. The grill was able to get up to about 450 degrees (for the initial clean). After that, once it was brought down to around 165 degrees, I couldn't get it back up to the desired 225 degrees unless I set the grill temp to a high temperature and then dialed it back to 225 once it got to that temp. So there was definitely some babysitting involved. Besides those minor details, it's a nice grill.

Title: Another paper weight, out of the box this smoker worked ok BUT it has issues.
Review: This Onlyfire had issues out of the box. After burning it in I set the temp tp180deg to smoke cream cheese.It hovered around 225-250* and never went down to 180*. When smoking @250* the temp swing would jump up to 350-400* it was all over the place never dropping and maintaining 250* I also had the same issues as others have mentioned with black soot on the food and a smoking pellet chamber. I reached out to Onlyfire on their website with emails and using the websites online chat box requesting a new controller. I to this day a year later after my purchase have never received a response.

Title: Pretty awesome
Review: This grill is pretty awesome. It's great for families and single people. It's like a simplified, healthier way to do any outdoor Grilling/ cooking/ smoking that takes up virtually no space. It is heavy, so it's not something most people would want to move around. You'll want to find a semi- permanent place for it, then keep it there. For me, I don't have a covered area in my yard so it stays in the garage unless I'm going to be using it and then I try to use it a few times but not leave it out long because I don't want it rusting but I do get help to move it. It is so simple to use and only requires wood pellets which I found good ones for less than $10 for a 20 pound bag. It is recommended not to store too many of them or for too long because they degrade. You can adjust the heat levels to accommodate any cooking and due to its smaller size, it's extremely easy to clean. All my food has come out really well. I can't think of anything I'd change or that needs improving.

Title: Once you get past putting it together you'll love it.
Review: Assembly is a bit of a pain, but once it's all together you'll love it. I've been eyeing up pellet grills for a while but hadn't found one that I really liked the looks of. Most of them have the shape of a drum and I was looking for something a bit different. This one was perfect!The cooking surface is ample and it's so easy to fill the hopper! I've looked at some that required being filled from the back, and with the way I was going to set mine up, it would be difficult to fill from the back while cooking. So this one having the hopper on the side was perfect for my needs.Overall I'm thrilled with this and how it cooks. Works great!

Title: unsafe product
Review: This weekend i still have black smoke that smells chemically, AND the hopper box nearly caught on fire. no smoke coming from the grill side, all the smoke came from the hopper which is not correct operation of this device.See pic of the hopper nearly on fire & video of BLACK smoke & tar like substance on the outside top of the grill.I am not satisfied with this product and am quite concerned with safety of operation especially with the hopper nearly igniting and smoking really bad throughout the entire operation of this device.At temps from smoke -> 300 degrees the fan runs intermittently and the auger occasionally turns to feed the burn pot; and it seems black smoke is present at these lower temperatures. Also when I change from a higher temp (350- when the fan is running & no black smoke present) and change it to a lower temp (200-300 no fan running) the hopper box smokes up as if it is trying to catch on fire.

Review: I strap it down in the back of my truck so it doesn't bounce around on the back roads I travel to get to the remote sites I work at. Because of it's compact size I find it holds the heat in well, even after I open the lid to check on how it's cooking. So far, so good
