Title: Best mouthpiece I’ve found
Review: I’ve tried quite a few mouthguards over the years. This one is by far the best. My sleep scores are better and I snore less. It’s smaller than the others, so I can close my mouth, the material is higher quality and softer. It also allows for adjustability and with the bands my lower jaw can move - it’s not locked in place like the others. Also, the best customer service I’ve had in years helping me out when I accidentally threw away my bands. It’s more expensive, but well worth the money.

Title: Definitely worth the price for what it does.
Review: This is such a great product! It's made well and easy to use. The instructions are clear and to the point. To get it set up, it takes about 20 minutes or so.It comes with the front and bottom molding, a retainer type case for it, then five different straps. In the instructions, it recommends using a certain number depending on if you have an over bite, under bite or normal bite. Then a couple things to help with the molding process.I was able to get the molding done correctly but does give an option to redo it. It can be molding up to 3 times for the top and bottom piece. I really like that it fits well and not as bulky as I was expecting, having worn a retainer and mouth guard before.I haven't downloaded a snoring app yet, still need to do that. This helped me breathe through my nose. I partially would breathe out my mouth. While wearing this, I did better at breathing out my nose. My wife didn't mention that I snored while wearing it overnight.With it having you heat it up to then mold it to your own teeth, it fits snug. It didn't fall off or have any of those issues whatsoever. With it being custom to your own teeth, I feel like I can wear this in place of my retainers from having braces prior and a mouthguard to prevent grinding of my teeth. This seemed to keep my mouth in the same place overnight. It seemed like it helped my tongue not fall back and hoping that may help with getting a clearer airway to help with breathing.This is a great value in comparison to getting similar type products. I'm excited to continue to use it and see improvement with snoring. If it also can help me get more air with my tongue not falling back, that's a definite plus.

Review: The company (SnoreLessNow) that sells this offers 120 day money back guarantee, my advice as a customer purchasing this through AMAZON is should you need to return it for any reason, contact the company directly. AMAZON does not allow returns on this item due to it being a health device. Amazon doesn’t allow returns on this type of health device for obvious reasons, it’s been in your mouth!You may think you would never need to return this item but you still want piece of mind after spending a good amount of money on something the company website indicates it has a 120day money back guarantee.The good news is, this device WORKS, no question! At least in my case. I was borderline sleep apnea with 7 episodes an hour as measured through multiple medical sleep studies. This device stopped all snoring and I felt well rested the next morning. Life changing! You never realize your sleeping is affected so significantly until you use this device and feel the difference next day! Snoring gone, my Wife couldn’t believe it worked so well. One thing to keep in mind using this mouth piece is for the best possible outcome, “Trim the excess”. What I mean by that is there is a very well documented fitting process that takes less than 5mins. Once you are done, make sure any excess material that is overhanging is trimmed flush using scissors or something sharp. This will allow you to avoid any interaction or interference with your healthy gums. Other than that congratulations and welcome the club of the well rested and non snorers!I’m only deducting one star because Amazon won’t allow direct returns and I feel this should be stated somewhere in the pre-purchase description.

Title: Sad and quiet mad.
Review: Every picture shows an appliance that's adult size. What I received would probably just fit in my five year old granddaughters mouth. And of course it's nonrefundable so this was a very expensive lesson learned. Would have been no star's but had to be at least one to submit.

Title: After trying two other MDAs this one worked
Review: This is the best solution to reduce my snoring. I have tried the mandibular advancement device (MAD) from Zyppah, which hurt my jaw, and their tongue strap would cause me to spit it out while I slept. The SnoreRx was too bulky. It also did not work well for me because I grind. After doing a sleep study at Mayo, they told me I did not have sleep apnea but suggested I go to an ear, nose, and throat (ENT), who told me I had a badly deviated septum.After the nose surgery, I could breathe well through my nose, which made my snoring louder. I tried mouth tape, which I found too restrictive, and I could still breathe through it, causing me to snore occasionally. I also did a tongue restrain device (TSD), which worked, but every morning, my tongue was sore and made it hard to talk for twenty minutes. The Knightsbridge strap did not help much.I found the Snorelessnow that was fitted correctly with the right strapped worked. I had to heat it twice to make it fit snugly so it would not fall out. Also, the #1 strap worked for me. It is similar to the $3000 device my dentist wanted and the $750 from my ENT. When I showed my ENT the Snorelessnow he said that looks like a good solution and let me know if it worked...I’m glad I finally found something that works, does not fall out, and does not hurt my jaw.

Title: Will not stay in places
Review: This seems like one of the best ones out of all the devices, but after following the instructions very closely after molding it two times it still will not stay in place mainly on the lowers. This is a big issue. It does fit very comfortably. It just does not stay in place, and for $150 I’m gonna have to say it is a no go

Review: My spouse ensures I wear this daily because of how well it helps my snoring. It is very comfortable compared to others I have tried.Make sure and get a good fit during the molding process because it helps it stay in your mouth overnight.Love that it is FSA eligible!
