Title: These Boots are just right
Review: Fed-EX delivered these boots on the day they were suppose to arrive. Thanks Fed- Ex, Good Job!!I use Amazon Prime mostly because of the two day delivery. I'm a little disappointed with that, ”the two day delivery”. Most of the time it doesn't come in two days. Another thing is it seems like when I get free shipping I have to pay sales tax and when I pay for shipping I don't have to pay tax. Hum. If you read my reviews you might think I comeplane a lot, and you're probably right. When I make a mistake, I always here about it, but it makes me try harder, that’s why I comeplane. Maybe they'll try harder to do what they said they're going to do. Thanks Fed Ex! For doing a good job. Now, about the boots. I read some of the reviews and liked what I read. One thing is the price is good as far as compared to other onesgo. I usely buy Sorrel pack boots, but I've got to where I don't really like them any more. They keep my feet warm but they don't last very long and mostly the price is too much. And they're made in China. This is one time something made in the USA cost less. Nice going Kamik. When I took them out of the box I really liked the way they looked. I couldn’t see them that well in the pic. It was to dark and they are black. Maybe I can't see that well these days. Any way they look good. I like the stile, “slip-on”. In the reviews some said to get a size larger than your boot size and so I did. That's right, that's what I say too. When I first put them on I thought they were a little snug, but after I took my dog for a walk, about a mile, when I got back they fit just right. It was about 25 degrees and my feet didn't get cold at all. We'll see, its goingto get colder. It's only November 8, 2013 now. Another thing is they're easy to slip on and off, when I go in and out of the house and they're pretty lite. I don't have to do a I lot of tying and untying. I think everything is going to be alright. I recommend this seller and these boots.Here's an update: It's 11/17/15 and I'm still using these boots. I just got them out, ready to use them this year. There's a little ware on the bottom of the sole's but otherwise they look pretty good. I'm glad I got these boots.Another update: Todays date- 3/3/2017. I got through another winter. (almost, a couple more weeks and the snow will be gone). These boots are in pretty good shape. I might get another pair of liners for next year. I'm still glad I got these boots. I noticed the new ones are $10.00 less than the ones I'm wearing. I'm going to go ahead and order another pair of Boots, at that price. And I take it back about FedEx. After I gave that first review they started dropinng my packages off at a store about 5 miles from my house. It took me a long time to get them to start bringing my packages to my home again.

Title: A package of surprises
Review: I just received these in early January. Before purchasing them, I read a number of reviews concerning these boots. One of the negatives I read numerous times had to do with sizing issues. Many people said it was better to order a half size larger than what I wear. Although leery, I went ahead and followed their advice.Upon preparing to purchase, I discovered that I was buying this from an outside company, a US company which pleased me, but still that meant a longer delivery time. Normally, delivery times don't mean too much to me. I tend to purchase things early, and use the two-day prime delivery option. The whole time we lived in Washington state, Amazon was 97% spot on time with their deliveries. Occasionally weather interfered or something got mixed up. No surprise really. It happens.Last October, we moved to Maine. I love it here! Amazon's deliveries have been about four days out on average, even given choosing prime 2 day shipping. Why is this important? Kamik presented with three to four weeks expected time of delivery. Although unhappy, I really needed a decent pair of boots that fit me. Hard to do with feet as small as mine, a size 7.5 in mens. But the reviews were mostly really good, and living here, I needed something that was both truly waterproof, and provided a tall and secure leg covering. I figured I'd lasted this long, so I could wait it out another month.About a week following my order, the big early Jan. snow hurricane made it's approach. I really was wishing at that time the Kamics would have been here. It would have been the perfect storm to test them in. And what a storm it was. After that, I was wishing I had just payed the extra delivery to get them early. Three days later, the boots arrived! Completely unexpected! I'm really unsure as to how they got here so quickly, but I am really happy they did. Here's a big thumbs up to Kamik!So, initial thoughts. They are a bit too big. However, with a second pair of thick socks, they fit really well. So no real complaint there. I took them out in the snow a few times, no cold or wet feet. The top ties around the top of my calf, and although some people mentioned they dug into the back of their knees, I found no such issue with mine. They are really comfortable and warm. Both very important if you are going to be in them for any length of time.It takes me two hours to shovel my driveway, and I'm not messing around. Shorter with the snowblower, but I use it only in snow deeper than 6 inches.I intend to update this review after I get more use out of them. Temperatures have been in the singles and teens lately. I'd like to test the -40 degree claim, but not at the expense of all those who will receive further hardship due to those temps.Again, a big thanks to Kamik for getting my boots to me so much earlier than expected. That was really cool of all of you.

Title: Nice Boot, Size 13 is really a 12 or 12.5 Length
Review: These look and feel like really nice boots, but the size 13 wasn't quite long enough so I returned. I have been wearing size 13 my whole life and just about anything that size fits me, so I was disappointed that these were really a 12 or 12.5 in length. Interestingly, I found a 13W of this exact same boot at a brick and mortar realtor, and those fit better - a little big but with extra socks and some tightening they fit. You would think the 13 and 13W would have the same length, but only the 13W is long enough. The return was hassle free. UPDATE finally got a chance to use these in some deep snow (standing in three foot drifts while raking snow off house roof, crawling around camper roof clearing snow) and they worked great with snowpants. Warm and kept all the snow out. So if you can get the sizing right def go for it

Review: Living in Winnipeg, the weather can get mild 1 hour to extreme cold a few hours later. I am very impressed how well made these boots are, Nice thick actual FELT liners, the fit was perfect, i wear a 10 street shoe so i ordered a size 11 boot, again great snug fit with a winter pair of socks, the combination or the Velcro strap on the lower section of the boot works great, good quality velcro. the top lace is heaver duty with a lock that actually works to hole the lace closed. The one thing i found VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE was a honey comb base in the heel of the boot, it actually acted as a water/sweat seperator, it seamed to draw any sweat/water away from my feet. I noticed this after after removing the liners after using them straight for 6 hours - 2 days in a-row. I do have bad circulation in my feet but these books kept my feet very comfortable. I do walk my 4 dogs 2 times a day for a minimum of 1 hours each and the soles have great grip and do not seam to slip on ice sidewalks. I would recommend them anytime

Review: Great Fit with more space for the toes, always measured by the length of your feet size, the US size for the snow boots is totally different from the normal shoes sizing. Perfect, comfortable, and best is made in USA.
