Title: IT'S PITCH BLACK.. SO IT WORKS!!
Review: I laughed my butt off when I read these negative reviews stating that it "blocks too much light" so "light blocking is too heavy so it's bad" "it's too dark it's like a blind fold"... THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT LOL! Cmon people, do some research! These things work exactly how it's supposed to work! When you put on your eclipse glasses, you're not supposed to see ANYTHING But pitch black! Its purposely pitch black!!!It's so our eyes can be protected when looking at the sun! That's how I know these things are the real deal! The only use for these glasses are to look directly at the sun, so you can see some sort of little light! It supposed to block the rest!! They are intended to be used only to look at the sun. So obviously don't use these if you're going to do anything else but look at the sun (don't use these as cool sunglasses while driving or walking) ! When I looked up to the sun with the glasses on I can only see a tiny light circle, exactly what it's supposed to look like.

Title: Solar eclipse glasses
Review: I don't think I can rate your glasses because the solar eclipse has not happened yet. To give you a real good rating I'll give you a $5 for now only because I tested them looking at the sun today and I did see an orange. Everybody out there please be careful this is nothing to fool around with make sure you read the instructions be safe your eyes are not anything to fool around with. I like that the glasses are sturdy and the front of them are all silver and when you actually look through them and not look at the sun they are totally black but like I said I did look at the sun today and I saw an orange Dot so I hope I get to see a lot more than that tomorrow. Please everybody be very careful

Review: A belated two thumbs up for these eclipse glasses! They worked exactly like they were supposed to, blocking out all light except the ever-growing slice of the sun as the moon passed in front of it. The plastic frames (like regular sunglasses) are much nicer than cardboard ones. The set of three came in handy: my neighbor and I sat in my driveway to watch the solar eclipse, and I gave the third pair to a delivery driver who forgot his eclipse glasses that day! The preset category "sheer" is misleading, the glasses are not supposed to be sheer.
