Title: Phenomenal Product!
Review: EcoFlow truly did a phenomenal job during the thought process of developing and designing this product. Individually each branch circuit within the panel can be electronically switched off (I believe due to relays within the panels). It would be nice if that same level of control could allow the selection of some circuits pulling from grid power, while others could pull from the batteries (EcoFlow delta pro ultra in my case). I’m sure this is a physical limitation of the design and may not be physically/electronically possible or disallowed due to safety controls.

Title: Game changer!
Review: I had the Delta Pro Ultra for about 6 months and had directly connected to my panel with a generator outlet. The panel is a must to get the full capability of the delta pro ultra.

Title: Power failed then the device failed, then support refused to help... No warranty through amazon
Review: As hurricane Milton approached I felt safe because I had the SHP2 and a DPU. The SHP2 worked, for a couple hours after losing power. The SHP2 automatically switched over to the DPU and the critical loads remained powered on, but then the SHP2 suffered an error with Relay 1, even though relay 1 was not a critical circuit this stopped the flow of power from the DPU to the one critical circuit #4. Support said the unit was faulty and that there was no work around for this. so even though my battery had power I was again out of power. Ecoflow support said the only fix was to have an electrician replace the unit. worst yet, once power was restored to my neighborhood, the circuits on the SHP2 were still without power. thats right, the device that was meant to prevent power outages was itself prolonging the power outage after hurricane Milton. To make matters worse Ecoflow said they would NOT replace the SHP2 because I purchased it from amazon and amazon is NOT a certified retailer. They did specifically call out that the ecoflow stores on amazon are certified retailers but amazon itself was not. so now I need to have an electrician replace the panel in order for me to have power again.

Title: Perfect battery system
Review: This is a great, large capacity, battery. It's very heavy, but has 2 wheels to help move it around. I purchased it for power backup in hurricane season. A lot of money for something you hope you don't have to use. The transfer switch only had 6 circuits, so I returned the switch and bought another w 10 circuits.

Title: Excellent Product but could improve app to monitor
Review: I have this panel as part of critical home battery backup. It nis very helpful to use a phone app to monitor individual circuits power and energy consumption. I see two valuable app improvements that should be relatively easy to implement. 1. Allow labeling the circuits in the app with descriptive names such as kitchen lights, microwave, garage door, etc. Now you just see Circuit 1…Circuit 12 and have to remember or keep a list somewhere, or go to the panel to see what Is connected to circuit x that is drawing a lot of power. 2. It looks like the energy used on each circuit is cumulative during the day but gets reset. It would be vastly more beneficial to keep cumulative energy used by individual circuits as well as total energy over all circuits. The user should be able to see current wattage per circuit and total of circuits and cumulative for day, week, month, year. This will give the homeowner a complete view of household energy usage.

Title: This arrived quickly!
Review: At no fault of Ecoflow this arrived with broken box and damaged. I returned, and decided to get another larger set from Ecoflow. The return was harder than it should be since only select FedEx locations accept the delta pro to return due to battery hazards.

Title: Not useful
Review: Not useful for all electric boxes and you need to buy quite a few of their batteries spending lots of money in order to use it so don’t waste your money unless you’re gonna do your whole house with batteries and spend about 20 grand!
