Review: I have the "Best Songs Ever"/Piano-Vocal-Guitar song book 8th edition.The print is a little smaller because of the format and it takes some getting used too reading because of having a Treble Staff along with a Grand Staff for each set of measures.I'm at a beginning intermediate to middle intermediate playing level,having started playing 2 1/2yrs. ago at the age of 61 teaching myself to read music and watching "YouTube", so these songs will be a bit more challenging to learn for me, but there are so many great songs in this book that I'm looking forward to learning them. In my humble opinion, there's more satisfaction in any endeavor when you challenge yourself and finally succeed rather than it being too easy. And having learned to play more than a few intermediate level songs, they sound so much better even though it took more time and effort because of having more flats,sharps, left hand notes and movements. But it's well worth the effort. As my wife remarked to me the other day," your songs are sounding more mature". That's all the motivation I needed to keep growing with my piano playing. Make sure though,you get the right "Best Songs Ever" songbook that's right for your playing level because there are several editions with the same cover and pretty much the same songs but at different skill levels. Review: Nice intermediate level song arrangements, good stuff. A reviewer named Dalton Blue has posted a list of songs in the book. I'm not sure what edition that was for, but the song list changes slightly from edition to edition, so I'm posting the song list from the 8th edition, ISBN 978-0-7935-0445-9. I've just entered the song titles, but the entries from Dalton Blue often have additional information, such as composer, style, play or movie etc. (I'm simply too lazy to do that myself). Review: Couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. I got my daughter to order the first book for me thinking it would be difficult. But just watching her do it I was able to do it on my own right away. Only prob was I put in the wrong month for credit card info. Got email right away and was fixed. The books arrived in perfect condition and really quick as well. Exceeded all my expectations.

Review: I think it's a stretch to say 'Best Songs Ever'. I only recognize a handful of the songs. Out of those, the arrangements are good. It is an unwieldy book, however. If you were to disassemble it, you can't use standard sheet covers because the pages are 9 x 12. I just use bulldog clips to hold the pages open.
