Title: So Many Soups
Review: My friend had this book and made a delicious Thai curry chicken noodle soup for Thanksgiving. I had to order it for myself! I've chosen many to make in the future; the Broccoli Almond soup is fabulous! I had to make some adjustments as I cook in an Instant pot pressure cooker on saute. But it turned out so well and the only things I added were onion and garlic!

Title: Great recipe book.
Review: I like this book cause it offers a lot of soup ideas. But i got disappointed when i saw a torn and folded page (slightly) to my book. No big deal. But i love the fact that this would help me at my job and make my residents happy.

Title: Souper happy with this cookbook!
Review: I'm a soup lover. I make it twice a week so I always have some on hand. I needed some variety. Not only does this book have a terrific international selection of soups, but each one is achievable. The ingredients are things I already have or can purchase easily. It has a wonderful section on homemade stocks. Even ones for Japanese and Chinese cuisine. With over 200 recipes, it will keep me happy for many years. I'm starting with a Cauliflower soup with walnut cream. Sounds fancy, but it's only 20 minutes of preparation. Get this book. You'll be glad you did.

Easy to follow recipes,no fancy ingredients to spend weeks looking for, just honest, down-to-earth ideas. It's so good I have bought several copies and given to friends and they all rave about it. Can't recommend it enough!
